A note of comfort to my family. We lost my brother Charles Collin on Xmas day 2010. My dear ones, We are all suffering invasion on our health. I am thankful that it was a peaceful exit for him and that he did not have to endure years of homelessness or living as an old invalid person. We must be grateful for this and consider it a gift fr...om God, a mercy. Perhaps, because he gave sooooo much protection for his family, he was spared some misery. When we lose a loved one, we cry for our selves. We miss them. This is selfish. We must free them to move ahead to higher planes and duties. Otherwise, they hang with us trying to give us comfort. You will feel a soft feather slide across your cheek.....it is his caress. you will smell a scent of roses.......it is his holy spirit. He is with you now and will always be there looking out for your safety. He had his faults......but he had more goodness than faults. I am sad for his beautiful wife. Please share this with her, to give her comfort as well. I love my brother and I am terribly sad. But I am grateful that he has been blessed to have a peaceful exit. Thank you God. THE ABOVE NOTE OF COMFORT, TO MY FAMILY, WAS POSTED SUNDAY DECEMBER 26, 2010. MY BROTHER CHARLES COLLINS, "CHUCK" HAD DIED ON XMAS MORNING, OF UNCERTAIN CAUSES. WE HAVE HAD MANY DEATHS, CHRONIC AND TERMINAL ILLNESSES, OF "UNCERTAIN CAUSES", IN MY FAMILY, FOR MANY GENERATIONS. IN THIS GENERATION THOUGH, IT HAS INCREASED SUBSTANTUALY, WITH A BLATANT TERRORIZING, THAT MOCKS LEGAL AUTHORITIES TO TRY TO STOP IT.
I WILL ATTEMPT TO COME BACK TO THIS PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT AND WARNING, WITH MORE SPECIFIC DETAILS, AS THEY EVIDENCE THEMSELVES. BUT, FOR NOW, I JUST FIND IT IMPERATIVE TO GET THIS WARNING AND INFORMATION OUT TO PUBLIC VIEW AND KNOWLEDGE.
ABOUT 2-3 YEARS AGO, MOST OF MY FAMILY JOINED UP AND ALL OPENED ACCOUNTS, AS THEY GOT THE NEWS THAT OTHERS WERE THERE, AND BEGAN TO COMMUNICATE ON FACEBOOK.COM, A SOCIAL INTERNET NETWORK SPACE, WHERE PEOPLE MAY SET UP THEIR OWN SPACE FOR OTHERS TO VIEW PHOTOS, THEY LEAVE, OR TYPE COMMUNICATION OR MESSAGES TO THEM IN BOXES PROVIDED ON THE SITE. IT WAS A VERY PLEASING, SHARING MEANS FOR FRIENDS OR FAMILIES TO STAY IN TOUCH.
THEN EVERYTHING BEGAN TO CHANGE. MESSAGES WERE DISAPPEARING, POSTED PHOTOS WERE DISAPPEARING, AND TEXT BEGAN TO SOUND MORE AND MORE LIKE "GHETTO BOOGIE BABBLE", THAN POSTINGS FROM OUR FAMILY MEMBERS. OUR EMAIL ACCOUNTS WERE BEING TRESPASSED ON, TO THE POINT THAT I NO LONGER EVEN RECEIVED ANY EMAILS, AND MY OUT GOING MAIL WAS OFTEN RESPONDED TO WITH A "COULD NOT DELIVER" MEMO FROM THE MAIL DELIVERY SYSTEM.
I TRIED TO WARN PEOPLE THAT THESE ARE NOT WRITTEN BY THE PEOPLE THAT ARE NAMED ON THE ACCOUNT. THIS WAS MET WITH ACCUSATIONS THAT, "YOU'RE A CRAZY PERSON". ANOTHER SLANDER AND INSULT TO MY INTELIGENCE AND MENTAL STABILITY. WHY ? BY WHOM? MY FAMILY ALWAYS TREATED ME WITH RESPECT ON A PEER LEVEL TO THEMSELVES, BECAUSE I WAS AN HONORABLE LADY AS A 30 YEAR NURSE, BUSNESS MANAGER AND BUSINESS OWNER. I DESERVED AND RECIEVED THEIR RESPECT AND KIND SALUTATIONS, ALL MY LIFE. NOW........A SUDDEN CHANGE.
I BEGAN TO FEEL THAT I WAS BEING TOTALY BLOCKED FROM HAVING COMMUNICATION ON THE INTERNET. I HAVE A POST OFFICE BOX ALSO, THAT HAD ALREADY FOR YEARS, BEEN PLAGUED WITH DISAPPEARING MAIL. I TRUSTED THE SOURCES WHO TOLD ME IT WAS TRULY SENT.....BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED. ONE OF THE ITEMS WAS THE FINAL "PAID IN FULL" PINK SLIP ON MY VAN, THAT WAS PAID OFF IN FULL, AT THE BANK. THE BANKER RESENT IT 3 TIMES. AND I NEVER GOT IT.
NOW I HAVE CONCERN THAT I AM NOT RECEIVING FEDERAL HARD MAIL OR INTERNET EMAIL. WHAT CAN I DO ? I COMPLAINED TO THE POSTMASTER AT THE MAIN OFFICE AND GOT NO APOLOGY. JUST A "WHATEVER COMES IS PUT INTO YOUR BOX.". I REQUESTED THE CLERKS, AT THE POST OFFICE, TO PUT A NOTE ON MY BOX, THAT THE MAIL MAY NOT BE HANDED OUT TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE A KEY. I AM THE ONLY PERSON WITH A KEY. THE PROBLEMS CONTINUED. SOMEONE WAS GRABBING MY MAIL, BEFORE I RECEIVED IT.
I ALSO BEGAN TO FEEL "OSTRASIZED" BY SOME FAMILY AND FRIENDS, WITHOUT CAUSE. PEOPLE WHO HAD HAD A PLEASANT CONVERSATION WITH ME A FEW DAYS AGO, NOW SEETHED NEGATIVITY AND RESPONDED CURTLY, OR NOT AT ALL, FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON. I TRIED TO ASK IF I HAD SAID SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT MEANT TO OFFEND THEM, BUT MIGHT HAVE AND THEY REFUSED TO RESPOND. I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. IT WAS HAPPENING AT MY JOB ALSO. ON THE JOB, A SYSTEM OF "GET RID OF THEM WITH A VOLUNTEER QUIT OR PRODUCE WRITE-UPS SHOWING JUST CAUSE FOR TERMINATION" WAS INITIATED. AS A BUSINESS MANAGER, I WAS FAMILIAR WITH THE SYSTEM BUT STILL COULD NOT UNDERSTAND BY WHOM OR WHY IT WAS BEING INITIATED AGAINST ME. I HUNG IN THERE, FIGHTING IT. DOING DEFENSIVE DOCUMENTATION, WHERE YOU CAN SHOW YOU DID EVERYTHING CORRECTLY AND ACCORDING TO COMPANY STANDARDS ETC., I DID EXTRA WORK AND ORGANIZING OF MY DEPARTMENT, I REPORTED ANY DISCREPANCIES TO MY SUPERVISOR. I HELPED MY CO-WORKERS AND PICKED UP AND FINISHED WHAT THEY DID NOT HAVE TIME TO GET TO, I WAS AN EXCELLENT MODEL EMPLOYEE. BUT THE WRITE-UPS BEGAN, WITH FABRICATED RIDICULOUS EXCUSES THAT WERE NOT EVEN IN VIOLATION OF COMPANY POLICY. WHEN YOU DON'T DO ANYTHING WRONG......BUT THEY WANT TO GET RID OF YOU ANYWAY......THEY JUST FABRICATE DISAPLINARY NEEDS. THEY COULD JUST TERMINATE THOSE INCLUDED ON A DOWN-SIZE LIST OR EVEN A HIT LIST......BUT THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY UNEMPLOYMENT TO THEM. SO THEY TRY TO AQUIRE THE VOLUNTEER QUIT OR WRITE-UP TERMINATION SYSTEM. I LOST SEVERAL JOBS IN THE SAME PATTERN AND STILL DID NOT KNOW WHO THE ENEMY WAS, WHO WAS INITIATING THIS.
MY LIFE BECAME FINANCIALY CHAOTIC, WITH MISSED PAYMENTS, FOLLOWED BY DOUBLE PAYMENTS, FOLLOWED BY THE INTEREST AMOUNT "ONLY" PAYMENTS, AS DESPERATION EFFORTS, TO RETAIN MY ACCOUNTS AND CREDIT STANDING OF AAA.
I FELL INTO THE COMMON ATTEMPTS OF "ROBBING PETER TO PAY PAUL" AND MANAGED TO KEEP IT GOING A FEW YEARS, UNBELIEVABLY BY WORKING 2 AND 3 PART-TIME JOBS, RUNNING A FLEA MARKET STAND AND ACCEPTING EVERY NEW CREDIT CARD OFFER THAT ALLOWED ME TO PAY OFF THE OLD CARD AND RUN IT ALL THROUGH THIS NEW COMPANY WITH A STARTING "NO DELINQUINCY", "ACCOUNT IN GOOD STANDING" STATUS.
THEN, THE BOTTOM FELL OUT. I BECAME HOMELESS, THROUGH A NON-PAYMENT OF RENT EVICTION, I LIVED IN MY VARIOUS VEHICLES FOR 7 YEARS, TIL MY VAN BROKE DOWN AND I COULD NOT AFFORD TO GET IT OFF PRIVATE PROPERTY. THEY TOWED IT AND IMPOUNDED IT....BUT DID NOT FIX IT, SO IT NEVER RAN AGAIN AND I WAS FORCED TO SIGN OVER THE PINK-SLIP TO THE IMPOUNDING GARAGE.
THAT'S BASICALLY THE FORMULA AND SAD TRUTH OF HOW HONORABLE, TAX-PAYING CITIZENS ARE BEING SABOTAGED, WITH SLANDER AND VICTIMIZED. THIS IS RESULTING IN THEM BECOMING THE PEOPLE, WHO ARE "THE HOMELESS PEOPLE" OF TODAY. THEY ARE NOT DRUG ADDICTS, ALCHOHOLICS, PROSTITUTES OR PSYCHIATRIC NUT-CASES. GRANTED, THOSE PEOPLE "WITH REHABILITATIVE ISSUES", DO EXIST AND SOME ARE ALSO "HOMELESS". BUT, THE "VICTIMIZED HOMELESS", THOSE WHO ARE THROWN INTO THIS ARENA OF FINANCIAL CRISIS, THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN, SHOULD NEVER BE ALSO THROWN INTO THE STERIO-TYPICAL CHARACTER ASSUMPTION OF THOSE HAVING "REHABILITATIVE ISSUES". THEY DO NOT NEED ANY REHAB OF ANYTHING, EXCEPT TO BE PROTECTED FROM THE CONTINUED "VICTIMIZATION" THAT STALKS THEM.
NOW, THIS VICTIMIZATION IS A CRIMINAL ACT. NUMBER ONE......IT HAS TO BE RECOGNIZED AS A FACT OF TRUTH, THAT THE INITIATIONS OF THESE JOB SABOTAGES, ARE AN INTENTIONAL ACT OF FRAUD, DECEIT AND PERSONAL CHARACTER ASSASSINATION,
THAT RESULTS IN JOB LOSS AND PROGRESSIVE FINANCIAL CRISIS FOR THE VICTIM.
THE NEGATIVE EMPLOYEE RECORD, THE PUBLIC COURT PROCESS OF EVICTION, THE LOSS OF GOOD HOUSING REFERENCES, THE LOWERING OF CREDIT RATING, ALL COMBINE TO CREATE A PTI OF POLITICAL PREJUDICE, THAT PROHIBITS ONE FROM SIMPLY PULLING UP THEIR BOOT STRAPS AND GETTING LIFE BACK TO NORMAL.
THE CREDIT RATING SABOTAGE ESPECIALLY, IS MOST HARMFUL. IT IS ILLEGALLY REQUIRED NOW FOR EMPLOYMENT AND HOUSING APPLICATIONS. THE FUNCTION, OF THE CREDIT REPORTING COMPANIES, WAS NEVER INCLUSIVE OF THIS KIND OF POWER, CONTROL AND AUTHORITY OVER THE FEASIBILITY OF CITIZENS TO HAVE NORMAL AND FAIR OPPORTUNITY TO ACCESS THE AMERICAN DREAM. WHO GAVE THEM THIS AUTHORITY ? WHY IS A LANDLORD OR POTENTIAL EMPLOYER PERMITTED ACCESS TO THESE PRIVATE FINANCIAL FILES ? THERE IS NO LEGAL EXCUSE FOR THIS INFORMATION TO BE RELEASED TO ANYONE, EXCEPT A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION WHERE THERE COULD BE A FINANCIAL LOSS TO THE INSTITUTION, IF PREVIOUS PAYING PRACTICES WERE NOT AVAILABLE TO EVALUATE, TO PROTECT THEM FROM SUFFERING A FINANCIAL LOSS.
A LANDLORD HAS NO RIGHT TO THE INFORMATION, BECAUSE HE WILL SUFFER NO FINANCIAL LOSS. THERE IS NO ASSET BEING PUT FORTH BY HIM, EXCEPT THE PROPERTY, THAT HE AGREES TO RELINQUISH HABITATION OF, IN EXCHANGE FOR CASH BY THE MONTH. IN ANY MONTH, THAT HE DOES NOT RECEIVE THE CASH, THER IS THE EVICTION PROCESS LAWS AVAILABLE TO HIM. HE HAS NO RIGHT TO CREDIT STANDING FILES.
A POTENTIAL EMPLOYER HAS NO RIGHT TO THE INFORMATION, BECAUSE HE PUTS FORTH NO ASSETS THAT HE COULD SUFFER LOSS OF. THE APPLICANT IS HIS HUMAN RESOURCE ASSET, THAT HE AQUIRES IN EXCHANGE FOR A CASH SALARY AND AGREEMENT OF LABOR TO BE CONTRIBUTED PER SE. IF THERE IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT IN THIS EXCHANGE, HE CAN TERMINATE THE APPLICANT. HE HAS NO RIGHT TO CREDIT STANDING FILES.
BUT, THESE COMPANIES CONTINUE TO VIOLATE THE NATURE AND PRIVACY OF THEIR FUNCTION, WHICH HAS BEEN RESULTING IN CONTINUED REJECTION OF EMPLOYMENT AND HOUSING. THIESE ARE ILLEGAL DISCRIMINATIONS. THE PROCESS MUST BE ENFORCED WITH OBLIGATION TO ORIGINAL RIGHT TO PRIVACY, STANDARDS OF FUNCTION. THUS WE NOW HAVE "CHRONIC HOMELESSNESS" THAT CAN LAST FOR YEARS......EVEN IF THE STALKERS GIVE UP AND LEAVE THEM ALONE. THEIR PUBLIC RECORDS HAVE BEEN DESTROYED TOO FAR BEYOND SIMPLE PERSERVERENCE SOLUTIONS.
I HAVE BEEN HOMELESS 13 YEARS AND DID GET COMPLETELY BACK TO NORMAL FOR ONE AND A HALF YEARS. I SPENT MY ENTIRE INCOME, AS A CHARGE NURSE, ON A BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH A CLASSIC TASTEFUL, QUALITY DECOR. THEN THE "STALKERS" CAME BACK AND DESTROYED IT AGAIN.
I HAVE WITNESSED THIS PATTERN REPEATEDLY WITH OTHER PEOPLE AND HAVE BEEN TRACKING IT HAPPENING TO MY OWN FAMILY, IN A MUSH-ROOMING, SPREADING CANCER-LIKE CONTAGIAN, TO MY COUSINS, THEIR CHILDREN AND THEIR FRIENDS. THIS IS A GLOBAL, TREASONISTIC, TERRORISTIC, STALKING AND GENOCIDAL PROCESS. IT MOCKS AND CHALLENGES LEGAL AUTHORITIES TO STOP IT. IT USES AND MANIPULATES THEM TO DO ADDITIONAL VICTIMIZATION, BY CALLING IN FALSE COMPLAINTS AND PROVIDING FALSE WITNESS AGAINST THESE VICTIMS, IN ORDER TO CREATE A "CRIMINAL RECORD" AGAINST THEM, TO FURTHER BLOCK AND OBSTRUCT THEIR RECOVERY FROM HOMELESSNESS.
THEY CREATE "SUBTITTUTE" TWINS, OF THE VICTIMS, TO DO ACTIVITY THAT THE VICTIM DOES NOT DO, BUT WILL BE ACCUSSED OF, WITH VIDEO OR PHOTOS OR FALSE CONFESSION OF THE TWIN, IN ORDER TO FURTHER MANIPULATE POLICE INTO DOING THEIR DIRTY WORK THAT WILL TOTALLY "OSTRASIZE" THE VICTIM AND POSSIBLY SEND THEM TO PRISON. AT LEAST GIVE THEM A POLICE RECORD THAT WILL FURTHER BLOCK THEIR ACCEPTANCE OF EMPLOYMENT AND HOUSING WITH DEMANDED CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS. THIS ONE, ANGIE, HAS A FACEBOOK.COM ACCOUNT, THAT HAS NOT BEEN TEXTED ON, BY HER FOR MONTHS. THE ONLY ACTIVITY, WAS ANNOUNCEMENTS OF HER PROGRESS ON COMPUTER GAMES. THEN, I NOTICED THAT THE GAMES WERE NO LONGER FEMININE OR EVEN GAMBLING, BUT VIOLENT MASCULINE TYPES OF WAR AND BATTLE AND WORLD DOMINATION, THAT COULD NOT BE AN INTEREST OF HER. THEIR HAD TO BE A MALE USING HER ACCOUNT. I HAVE BEEN WATCHING AND TODAY, GOT THE EVIDENCE, THAT HER ACCOUNT HAS BEEN TRESPASSED INTO AND A MAN MOCKINGLY CONFESSES IT.
WHAT CONCERNS ME MOST IS THAT NUMBER ONE, MY FAMILY HAS NO CONCERN AND DENIES IMPOSTERS AND TRESPASSERS AND NUMBER TWO, I HAVE WATCHED THESE PATTERNS AND REALIZE THAT THEY FIRST TRESPASS TO STEAL YOUR MESSAGES AND EMAIL. THEN THEY START SEARCHING FOR ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION TO SELL IDENTITIES. THEN THEY BEGIN TO USE YOUR ACCOUNT TO IMPOSTER YOU TO COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY ARE COMMUNICATING WITH YOU. THEY GRADUALLY "OSTRASIZE" EVERYONE FROM YOU, WITH INSULTING DIALOG AND ISOLATE THE VICTIM TO HAVING ONLY A FEW PEOPLE THAT WILL TALK TO THEM.......IT IS THE TRESPASSERS. THEY TOTALLY SURROUND THE VICTIM, HAVE ACCESS TO KNOWLEDGE OF EVERY STEP THEY MAKE, CALL AND CANCEL APPOINTMENTS, THAT THE VICTIM WANTED TO ATTEND, IMPOSTER THE VICTIM AND BOMBARD OTHERS WITH BABBLING MULTIPLE MESSAGES, UNTIL THE VICTIM IS PLACED ON A DO NOT ACCEPT LIST, ETC., ETC., ETC.

A note of comfort to my family. We lost my brother Charles Collin on Xmas day 2010. My dear ones, We are all suffering invasion on our health. I am thankful that it was a peaceful exit for him and that he did not have to endure years of homelessness or living as an old invalid person. We must be grateful for this and consider it a gift fr...om God, a mercy. Perhaps, because he gave sooooo much protection for his family, he was spared some misery. When we lose a loved one, we cry for our selves. We miss them. This is selfish. We must free them to move ahead to higher planes and duties. Otherwise, they hang with us trying to give us comfort. You will feel a soft feather slide across your cheek.....it is his caress. you will smell a scent of roses.......it is his holy spirit. He is with you now and will always be there looking out for your safety. He had his faults......but he had more goodness than faults. I am sad for his beautiful wife. WE HAVE HAD MANY DEATHS, CHRONIC AND TERMINAL ILLNESSES, OF "UNCERTAIN CAUSES", IN MY FAMILY, FOR MANY GENERATIONS. IN THIS GENERATION THOUGH, IT HAS INCREASED SUBSTANTUALY, WITH A BLATANT TERRORIZING, THAT MOCKS LEGAL AUTHORITIES TO TRY TO STOP IT.
I WILL ATTEMPT TO COME BACK TO THIS PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT AND WARNING, WITH MORE SPECIFIC DETAILS, AS THEY EVIDENCE THEMSELVES. BUT, FOR NOW, I JUST FIND IT IMPERATIVE TO GET THIS WARNING AND INFORMATION OUT TO PUBLIC VIEW AND KNOWLEDGE.
ABOUT 2-3 YEARS AGO, MOST OF MY FAMILY JOINED UP AND ALL OPENED ACCOUNTS, AS THEY GOT THE NEWS THAT OTHERS WERE THERE, AND BEGAN TO COMMUNICATE ON FACEBOOK.COM, A SOCIAL INTERNET NETWORK SPACE, WHERE PEOPLE MAY SET UP THEIR OWN SPACE FOR OTHERS TO VIEW PHOTOS, THEY LEAVE, OR TYPE COMMUNICATION OR MESSAGES TO THEM IN BOXES PROVIDED ON THE SITE. IT WAS A VERY PLEASING, SHARING MEANS FOR FRIENDS OR FAMILIES TO STAY IN TOUCH.
THEN EVERYTHING BEGAN TO CHANGE. MESSAGES WERE DISAPPEARING, POSTED PHOTOS WERE DISAPPEARING, AND TEXT BEGAN TO SOUND MORE AND MORE LIKE "GHETTO BOOGIE BABBLE", THAN POSTINGS FROM OUR FAMILY MEMBERS. OUR EMAIL ACCOUNTS WERE BEING TRESPASSED ON, TO THE POINT THAT I NO LONGER EVEN RECEIVED ANY EMAILS, AND MY OUT GOING MAIL WAS OFTEN RESPONDED TO WITH A "COULD NOT DELIVER" MEMO FROM THE MAIL DELIVERY SYSTEM.
I TRIED TO WARN PEOPLE THAT THESE ARE NOT WRITTEN BY THE PEOPLE THAT ARE NAMED ON THE ACCOUNT. THIS WAS MET WITH ACCUSATIONS THAT, "YOU'RE A CRAZY PERSON". ANOTHER SLANDER AND INSULT TO MY INTELIGENCE AND MENTAL STABILITY. WHY ? BY WHOM? MY FAMILY ALWAYS TREATED ME WITH RESPECT ON A PEER LEVEL TO THEMSELVES, BECAUSE I WAS AN HONORABLE LADY AS A 30 YEAR NURSE, BUSNESS MANAGER AND BUSINESS OWNER. I DESERVED AND RECIEVED THEIR RESPECT AND KIND SALUTATIONS, ALL MY LIFE. NOW........A SUDDEN CHANGE.
I BEGAN TO FEEL THAT I WAS BEING TOTALY BLOCKED FROM HAVING COMMUNICATION ON THE INTERNET. I HAVE A POST OFFICE BOX ALSO, THAT HAD ALREADY FOR YEARS, BEEN PLAGUED WITH DISAPPEARING MAIL. I TRUSTED THE SOURCES WHO TOLD ME IT WAS TRULY SENT.....BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED. ONE OF THE ITEMS WAS THE FINAL "PAID IN FULL" PINK SLIP ON MY VAN, THAT WAS PAID OFF IN FULL, AT THE BANK. THE BANKER RESENT IT 3 TIMES. AND I NEVER GOT IT.
NOW I HAVE CONCERN THAT I AM NOT RECEIVING FEDERAL HARD MAIL OR INTERNET EMAIL. WHAT CAN I DO ? I COMPLAINED TO THE POSTMASTER AT THE MAIN OFFICE AND GOT NO APOLOGY. JUST A "WHATEVER COMES IS PUT INTO YOUR BOX.". I REQUESTED THE CLERKS, AT THE POST OFFICE, TO PUT A NOTE ON MY BOX, THAT THE MAIL MAY NOT BE HANDED OUT TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE A KEY. I AM THE ONLY PERSON WITH A KEY. THE PROBLEMS CONTINUED. SOMEONE WAS GRABBING MY MAIL, BEFORE I RECEIVED IT.
I ALSO BEGAN TO FEEL "OSTRASIZED" BY SOME FAMILY AND FRIENDS, WITHOUT CAUSE. PEOPLE WHO HAD HAD A PLEASANT CONVERSATION WITH ME A FEW DAYS AGO, NOW SEETHED NEGATIVITY AND RESPONDED CURTLY, OR NOT AT ALL, FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON. I TRIED TO ASK IF I HAD SAID SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT MEANT TO OFFEND THEM, BUT MIGHT HAVE AND THEY REFUSED TO RESPOND. I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. IT WAS HAPPENING AT MY JOB ALSO. ON THE JOB, A SYSTEM OF "GET RID OF THEM WITH A VOLUNTEER QUIT OR PRODUCE WRITE-UPS SHOWING JUST CAUSE FOR TERMINATION" WAS INITIATED. AS A BUSINESS MANAGER, I WAS FAMILIAR WITH THE SYSTEM BUT STILL COULD NOT UNDERSTAND BY WHOM OR WHY IT WAS BEING INITIATED AGAINST ME. I HUNG IN THERE, FIGHTING IT. DOING DEFENSIVE DOCUMENTATION, WHERE YOU CAN SHOW YOU DID EVERYTHING CORRECTLY AND ACCORDING TO COMPANY STANDARDS ETC., I DID EXTRA WORK AND ORGANIZING OF MY DEPARTMENT, I REPORTED ANY DISCREPANCIES TO MY SUPERVISOR. I HELPED MY CO-WORKERS AND PICKED UP AND FINISHED WHAT THEY DID NOT HAVE TIME TO GET TO, I WAS AN EXCELLENT MODEL EMPLOYEE. BUT THE WRITE-UPS BEGAN, WITH FABRICATED RIDICULOUS EXCUSES THAT WERE NOT EVEN IN VIOLATION OF COMPANY POLICY. WHEN YOU DON'T DO ANYTHING WRONG......BUT THEY WANT TO GET RID OF YOU ANYWAY......THEY JUST FABRICATE DISAPLINARY NEEDS. THEY COULD JUST TERMINATE THOSE INCLUDED ON A DOWN-SIZE LIST OR EVEN A HIT LIST......BUT THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY UNEMPLOYMENT TO THEM. SO THEY TRY TO AQUIRE THE VOLUNTEER QUIT OR WRITE-UP TERMINATION SYSTEM. I LOST SEVERAL JOBS IN THE SAME PATTERN AND STILL DID NOT KNOW WHO THE ENEMY WAS, WHO WAS INITIATING THIS.
MY LIFE BECAME FINANCIALY CHAOTIC, WITH MISSED PAYMENTS, FOLLOWED BY DOUBLE PAYMENTS, FOLLOWED BY THE INTEREST AMOUNT "ONLY" PAYMENTS, AS DESPERATION EFFORTS, TO RETAIN MY ACCOUNTS AND CREDIT STANDING OF AAA.
I FELL INTO THE COMMON ATTEMPTS OF "ROBBING PETER TO PAY PAUL" AND MANAGED TO KEEP IT GOING A FEW YEARS, UNBELIEVABLY BY WORKING 2 AND 3 PART-TIME JOBS, RUNNING A FLEA MARKET STAND AND ACCEPTING EVERY NEW CREDIT CARD OFFER THAT ALLOWED ME TO PAY OFF THE OLD CARD AND RUN IT ALL THROUGH THIS NEW COMPANY WITH A STARTING "NO DELINQUINCY", "ACCOUNT IN GOOD STANDING" STATUS.
THEN, THE BOTTOM FELL OUT. I BECAME HOMELESS, THROUGH A NON-PAYMENT OF RENT EVICTION, I LIVED IN MY VARIOUS VEHICLES FOR 7 YEARS, TIL MY VAN BROKE DOWN AND I COULD NOT AFFORD TO GET IT OFF PRIVATE PROPERTY. THEY TOWED IT AND IMPOUNDED IT....BUT DID NOT FIX IT, SO IT NEVER RAN AGAIN AND I WAS FORCED TO SIGN OVER THE PINK-SLIP TO THE IMPOUNDING GARAGE.
THAT'S BASICALLY THE FORMULA AND SAD TRUTH OF HOW HONORABLE, TAX-PAYING CITIZENS ARE BEING SABOTAGED, WITH SLANDER AND VICTIMIZED. THIS IS RESULTING IN THEM BECOMING THE PEOPLE, WHO ARE "THE HOMELESS PEOPLE" OF TODAY. THEY ARE NOT DRUG ADDICTS, ALCHOHOLICS, PROSTITUTES OR PSYCHIATRIC NUT-CASES. GRANTED, THOSE PEOPLE "WITH REHABILITATIVE ISSUES", DO EXIST AND SOME ARE ALSO "HOMELESS". BUT, THE "VICTIMIZED HOMELESS", THOSE WHO ARE THROWN INTO THIS ARENA OF FINANCIAL CRISIS, THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN, SHOULD NEVER BE ALSO THROWN INTO THE STERIO-TYPICAL CHARACTER ASSUMPTION OF THOSE HAVING "REHABILITATIVE ISSUES". THEY DO NOT NEED ANY REHAB OF ANYTHING, EXCEPT TO BE PROTECTED FROM THE CONTINUED "VICTIMIZATION" THAT STALKS THEM.
NOW, THIS VICTIMIZATION IS A CRIMINAL ACT. NUMBER ONE......IT HAS TO BE RECOGNIZED AS A FACT OF TRUTH, THAT THE INITIATIONS OF THESE JOB SABOTAGES, ARE AN INTENTIONAL ACT OF FRAUD, DECEIT AND PERSONAL CHARACTER ASSASSINATION,

THE NEGATIVE EMPLOYEE RECORD, THE PUBLIC COURT PROCESS OF EVICTION, THE LOSS OF GOOD HOUSING REFERENCES, THE LOWERING OF CREDIT RATING, ALL COMBINE TO CREATE A PTI OF POLITICAL PREJUDICE, THAT PROHIBITS ONE FROM SIMPLY PULLING UP THEIR BOOT STRAPS AND GETTING LIFE BACK TO NORMAL.

THE FUNCTION, OF THE CREDIT REPORTING COMPANIES, WAS NEVER INCLUSIVE OF THIS KIND OF POWER, CONTROL AND AUTHORITY OVER THE FEASIBILITY OF CITIZENS TO HAVE NORMAL AND FAIR OPPORTUNITY TO ACCESS THE AMERICAN DREAM. WHO GAVE THEM THIS AUTHORITY ? WHY IS A LANDLORD OR POTENTIAL EMPLOYER PERMITTED ACCESS TO THESE PRIVATE FINANCIAL FILES ? THERE IS NO LEGAL EXCUSE FOR THIS INFORMATION TO BE RELEASED TO ANYONE, EXCEPT A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION WHERE THERE COULD BE A FINANCIAL LOSS TO THE INSTITUTION, IF PREVIOUS PAYING PRACTICES WERE NOT AVAILABLE TO EVALUATE, TO PROTECT THEM FROM SUFFERING A FINANCIAL LOSS.
A LANDLORD HAS NO RIGHT TO THE INFORMATION, BECAUSE HE WILL SUFFER NO FINANCIAL LOSS. THERE IS NO ASSET BEING PUT FORTH BY HIM, EXCEPT THE PROPERTY, THAT HE AGREES TO RELINQUISH HABITATION OF, IN EXCHANGE FOR CASH BY THE MONTH. IN ANY MONTH, THAT HE DOES NOT RECEIVE THE CASH, THER IS THE EVICTION PROCESS LAWS AVAILABLE TO HIM. HE HAS NO RIGHT TO CREDIT STANDING FILES.
A POTENTIAL EMPLOYER HAS NO RIGHT TO THE INFORMATION, BECAUSE HE PUTS FORTH NO ASSETS THAT HE COULD SUFFER LOSS OF. THE APPLICANT IS HIS HUMAN RESOURCE ASSET, THAT HE AQUIRES IN EXCHANGE FOR A CASH SALARY AND AGREEMENT OF LABOR TO BE CONTRIBUTED PER SE. THEIR PUBLIC RECORDS HAVE BEEN DESTROYED TOO FAR BEYOND SIMPLE PERSERVERENCE SOLUTIONS.
I HAVE BEEN HOMELESS 13 YEARS AND DID GET COMPLETELY BACK TO NORMAL FOR ONE AND A HALF YEARS. I SPENT MY ENTIRE INCOME, AS A CHARGE NURSE, ON A BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH A CLASSIC TASTEFUL, QUALITY DECOR. THEN THE "STALKERS" CAME BACK AND DESTROYED IT AGAIN.
I HAVE WITNESSED THIS PATTERN REPEATEDLY WITH OTHER PEOPLE AND HAVE BEEN TRACKING IT HAPPENING TO MY OWN FAMILY, IN A MUSH-ROOMING, SPREADING CANCER-LIKE CONTAGIAN, TO MY COUSINS, THEIR CHILDREN AND THEIR FRIENDS. THIS IS A GLOBAL, TREASONISTIC, TERRORISTIC, STALKING AND GENOCIDAL PROCESS. IT MOCKS AND CHALLENGES LEGAL AUTHORITIES TO STOP IT. THEIR HAD TO BE A MALE USING HER ACCOUNT. I HAVE BEEN WATCHING AND TODAY, GOT THE EVIDENCE, THAT HER ACCOUNT HAS BEEN TRESPASSED INTO AND A MAN MOCKINGLY CONFESSES IT.
WHAT CONCERNS ME MOST IS THAT NUMBER ONE, MY FAMILY HAS NO CONCERN AND DENIES IMPOSTERS AND TRESPASSERS AND NUMBER TWO, I HAVE WATCHED THESE PATTERNS AND REALIZE THAT THEY FIRST TRESPASS TO STEAL YOUR MESSAGES AND EMAIL. THEN THEY BEGIN TO USE YOUR ACCOUNT TO IMPOSTER YOU TO COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY ARE COMMUNICATING WITH YOU. THEY GRADUALLY "OSTRASIZE" EVERYONE FROM YOU, WITH INSULTING DIALOG AND ISOLATE THE VICTIM TO HAVING ONLY A FEW PEOPLE THAT WILL TALK TO THEM.......IT IS THE TRESPASSERS. AFTER A LONG STRUGGLE THROUGH UNEMPLOYMENT, EVEN AS A NURSE, I BECAME HOMELESS IN 1997. I HAVE BEEN HOMELESS SINCE, WITH ONE BRIEF PERIOD OF RETURNING TO NORMAL, HAVING HOUSING AND FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT, IN NOV. 2002 UNTIL DEC. 2004.
DURING THIS HOMELESS PERIOD, I OPENED MY OWN BUSINESS (AN INADEQUATELY FINANCED AND SHORT LIVED EFFORT), FINANCED THE PURCHASE OF A VAN AND FULLY PAID OFF THE 3 YEAR BANK LOAN, WORKED AS A COFFEE BARRISTA AT AN EXXON GAS STATION, A SUPERMARKET DELI CLERK, A RETAIL SALES CLERK, A NURSE FOR THE NUNS IN A CONVENT AND ALWAYS HELD A SECOND INCOME EFFORT AS A FLEA MARKET VENDER. I TOOK WHATEVER HONORABLE INCOME OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE.
I DON'T DRINK, DO DRUGS, PANHANDLE, STEAL OR SCAM FOR MONEY. I HAVE NEVER PROSTITUTED AND HAVE BEEN CELEBATE FOR 17 YEARS. (ALSO DATELESS ! ....BUT THAT'S THE SACRIFICE YOU MAKE FOR SAYING "NO" ! )
I CHECKED OUT EVERY GOVERNMENT AGENCY AND SOCIAL SERVICE AND DID NOT FIND ANY SOLVABLE ADVOCACY AT ANY. I BELIEVE THAT WE HAVE SOME GOOD PEOPLE WITH GOOD INTENTIONS IN OUR GOVERNMENT SOCIAL SERVICES DEPTS., BUT THEY HAVE BEEN INFILTRATED WITH CORRUPTION THAT IS EITHER ON DIRECT STAFF OR UNDER SUB-CONTRACT TO THE DEPTS. OR IS BLATANTLY IMPOSTERING PERSONNEL OF THE DEPTS.
I HAVE QUESTIONED SEVERAL TIMES, WHY THERE IS SO MUCH DUPLICATION OF OFFICES OF THE SAME NAME AND CHANGES IN PHONE NUMBERS AND ADDRESSES OF GOV. DEPTS. ON THE INTERNET.
I HAVE WRITTEN TO GOVENOR RENDELL AND WARNED HIM OF THESE TYPES OF DUPLICATIONS AND CHANGES THAT I COPIED OFF OF HIS WEB SITE AND SENT TO HIM FOR INVESTIGATION.
I STAYED IN SEVERAL “SHELTERS” AND FOUND THEM ALL DANGEROUS, ABUSIVE AND OBSTRUCTIVE TO ANY PROBLEM SOLVING AS WELL AS HYGENICALLY, NUTRITIONALY AND PSYCHOLOGICALY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A DAILY ENVIRONMENT.
PEOPLE THINK SOMEONE MUST BE CRAZY TO PREFER TO SIT IN A CHAIR, ON THE STREET OF A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD AND SLEEP, INSTEAD OF GOING TO “A SHELTER”. I THINK PEOPLE WHO CAN TOLERATE THE “SHELTER” ARE MUCH MORE IN DANGER THAN THE THOSE ON THE STREET.
THERE ARE MANY INSTANCES OF INJUSTICE, THAT THESE “SHELTERED” PEOPLE ARE BEING VICTIMIZED WITH.
THERE ARE VIOLATIONS OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS..........
THERE IS ILLEGAL IMPRISONING OF U.S. CITIZENS...............
AND THERE IS OCCURRING OBSTRUCTION OF HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT.........
THESE VICTIMIZATIONS ARE OCCURRING IN THE EMPLOYED PUBLIC SECTOR AND ALSO IN THE “SHELTERED” HOMELESS SECTOR. AT LEAST IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR, YOU CAN WALK AWAY. IN THE “SHELTERS” YOU ARE LOCKED IN AND SOME MUST OBTAIN PERMISSION TO LEAVE PERMANENTLY.
I WAS LUCKY. I WAS A MEDICAL PATIENT ON SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY AND HAD NO "CASE WORKERS" INVOLVED IN MY DECISION PROCESS, SO I COULD CHOOSE TO WALK OUT, ANYTIME I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITUATION. I HAD NO COUNCELORS, THERAPISTS OR DOCTORS INVOLVED, WHO WOULD ATTEMPT TO CHANGE MY DECISION TO LEAVE.
BUT IN MANY CASES, ASSUREDLY WHERE A PERSON IN FINANCIAL CRISIS IS ALSO UNDER PSYCHIACTRIC COUNSELING, THAT DECISION MAKING FREEDOM IS WITHHELD. A DECISION TO JUST LEAVE, WOULD REQUIRE EVALUATION AND PERMISSION, BY POSSIBLY 1 TO 3 OTHER PERSONS, INVOLVED IN THE CASE AND FINAL PERMISSION IS OFTEN BEING CRIMINALLY WITHHELD, IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THEIR LEVEL OF STATE AND FEDERAL FUNDING.
I HAVE BEEN STALKED, BY PSYCHIATRIC PERSONNEL WHO CHASE PEOPLE ON DISABILITY, LIKE LAWYERS CHASING THE PROVERBIAL AMBULANCE. I HAVE HAD THEM FABRICATING FILES AND FALSELY STATING QUOTES OF CONVERSATION, WHEN THEY HAVE NEVER MET ME. I HAVE FOUND THEM MERGING OFFICIAL RECORDS OF MY HOSPITAL STAY, WITH SOMEONE ELSES RECORDS, WHO WAS ON A DIFFERENT MEDICINE AND WAS A DIFFERENT AGE, WEIGHT AND HEIGHT. WAS IT SIMPLY A MISTAKEN DOCUMENTATION ERROR ? I CALLED THEM ON IT AND THEY TRIED TO INSIST AND DEMAND THAT I AM THE SAME PERSON OF A DIFFERENT AGE, WEIGHT AND HEIGHT. AND THAT I MADE THESE STATEMENTS, THAT REVEAL A FEAR OF PEOPLE AND OF LIVING ALONE, SO THEY WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ME IN THERAPY. I AM THE LADY WHO HAS "CHOSEN AND INSISTED" ON LIVING "OUTSIDE" ALONE !
AS I SIT, ON THE STREET DOZING WHEN POSSIBLE, ANY CREEPY CRAWLER COULD WALK RIGHT UP AND TOUCH ME.....AND THEY HAVE ! BUT THEY ONLY GOT THAT CLOSE, BECAUSE I WAS SLEEPING. I WILL DEFEND MYSELF AND HAVE CALLED THE POLICE WHEN A VERBAL FACE-OFF STILL DID NOT REPEL THE AGGRESSOR.

THIS IS A CLEAR EXAMPLE OF THE ILLEGAL PROCESS THAT IS IMPRISONING CITIZENS WITH FALSE TESTIMONY OF CORRUPT PROFESSIONALS OR IMPOSTERS OF PROFESSIONALS.
THEY AIM TO GRADUALLY SET THEM UP AS "INCOMPETENT TO HANDLE THEIR OWN AFFAIRS" AND THEN THEY "TAKE POWER OF ATTORNEY", TO CONTROL THEIR DISABILITY INCOME AND PROGRESS TO "TOTAL CONTROL" OVER THEIR EVERY ACTION. I HAVE WITNESSED THIS AND MANY OTHER CORRUPTIONS EVERYWHERE.
I WAS LUCKY, I HAVE NO HISTORY OF PSYCHIACTRIC ISSUES, MEDICINE OR THERAPY, NO MENTAL WEAKNESS OR DYSFUNCTION OF ANY KIND. I AM TOTALLY COMPETENT AND ATTENDING TO MY OWN AFFAIRS. MY FREEDOM TO WALK OUT OF SEVERAL "UNDESIRABLE SITUATIONS", WITH "NO PERMISSION REQUIRED", STANDS AS MY EVIDENCE OF THESE FACTS.
MOST RECENTLY, AFTER THE STIPEND ALLOCATION FUND FOR THE "RAPID REHAB" OF THE HOMELESS SITUATION WAS RELEASED TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND NON-PROFIT FIELD CORPS, I GAVE THEM MY LAST AND FINAL CHANCE TO ACT WITHIN THE INTENTIONS, OF THE PRESIDENT, AND TO USE THIS MONEY FOR THE PURPOSE IT WAS INTENDED FOR.......SAVING THE HOMELESS.
THEY FAILED. THEY PUT ME THROUGH AN OLD SYSTEM OF RED-TAPE, EXCESSIVE, UNNECESSARY DUPLICATION OF DOCUMENTATION DEMANDS, EXCESSIVE FOOTWORK WITH REFUSAL OF ADVOCACY OR TRANSPORTATION ASSIST.
THEY DEMANDED THAT I:
1. FIND MY OWN HOUSING,
2. WHICH MUST HAVE "FREE UTILITIES"
3. AND GET A LEASE FROM THE LANDLORD, "WITH NO MONEY DOWN" AND BRING IT TO THEM,
(1. NOT! 2. NOT! AND 3. NO WAY JOSE ! CAN THIS BE ACCOMPLISHED BY A NORMAL, HEALTHY PERSON AND DEFINITELY NOT BY A DISABLED PERSON ON THE VERGE OF A HEART ATTACK, WHO HAS LOST HER "CUTENESS AND CHARM", IS "CELEBATE" AND IS "TOO MENTALLY ALERT" TO CALL INCOMPETENT......THERE IS NO MOTIVATION FOR EVEN THE MOST CROOKED OF LANDLORDS TO BE SO KIND !)
THEN I WAS TO WAIT UNTIL THE PROPERTY WAS INSPECTED AND REPAIRED OF AND DISCREPANCIES FOUND. NOW, HOW LIKELY IS IT THAT MANY WILL SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE ALL OF THE ABOVE AT ALL.....LET ALONE "RAPIDLY" !
I TOLD THEM THAT I AM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR PROCESS, I CANNOT PHYSICALLY COMPLY WITH THEIR DEMANDS AND FEAR THAT IT COULD BE DANGEROUS FOR ME TO BECOME INVOLVED WITH THEIR PROGRAM. I DECLINED ACCEPTANCE OF THE SO CALLED OBAMA STIPEND MONEY FOR RAPID RECOVERY OF HOMELESS PEOPLE.
I BECAME PERMANENTLY "MEDICALLY DISABLED", WITH C.O.P.D., IN 2005. MY HEALTH HAS BEEN STEADILY DECLINING AND I NOW HAVE A CARDIAC AORTIC ANUERISM THAT COULD BURST WITH ANY STRESS OR EXERTION, RESULTING IN INSTANT DEATH. HOW COULD I POSSIBLY FULFILL THEIR DEMANDS ?
AT THE TIME OF MY DESPERATE APPROACH TO THEM, I WAS ALREADY WALKING AROUND, IN HEART BLOCK AND ON THE VERGE OF AT LEAST A HEART ATTACK ANY MINUTE. I'VE ALREADY HAD SEVERAL.
THIS IS THE OLD SYSTEM OF THE PA STATE SECTION 8 RENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. THE ONLY CHANGE IS THAT I WAS NOT TOLD THERE WOULD BE A 2 YEAR WAITING LIST. I PERSONALLY SUSPECT THAT THEY PLAN TO RUN ANY SUCCESSFUL STIPEND RECIEVERS THROUGH THE OLD SECTION 8 STATE FUNDED LANES AND JUST KEEP THE "RAPID RECOVERY" MONEY FOR THEMSELVES.....BUT THAT IS ONLY MY PERSONAL OPINION.
BUT WHY ELSE INCLUDE ALL THESE "OLD LANES" DIFFICULTIES AND DELAYS, IF THEY ARE NOT PLANNING TO RUN THEM THROUGH THE "OLD FUNDING" ? ?
THIS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHY HOMELESS PEOPLE REMAIN HOMELESS. IT IS NOT ANY INFERIOR INTELIGENCE, CHARACTER, ABILITY, DESIRE OR COOPERATION THAT BLOCKS THEIR RECOVERY OF FINANCIAL CRISIS PROBLEMS.........IT IS THE PROBLEM SOLVERS !

City Council Reaches Compromise In Bill To Crack Down On Aggressive Panhandlers
A compromise has been reached on a bill that would give police more leeway in handling aggressive panhandlers in the city.
The deal was reached just before a hearing got underway on Councilman Frank DiCicco’s proposal to amend the city’s Sidewalk Behavior bill in such as to allow police to sidestep social services when dealing with a rowdy panhandler.
Sister Mary Scullion, the foremost advocate for the homeless in Philadelphia, says she’s comfortable with the compromise.
“It continues to emphasize services, not citations and that is what we all have been striving for.”
Paul Levy, President of the Center City District says businesses and tourism officials also get some relief.
“Disorderly conduct can be enforced by the police as it would be for anyone regardless of status in life.”
Under state law, disorderly conduct is defined as screaming, acting aggressively, fighting, and generally acting in a disruptive fashion.

Councilman Frank DiCicco's bill is designed to combat aggressive panhandling, but the emotional issue had tempers flaring. Paul Levy of the Center City District described the compromise as way to keep the requirement that an outreach worker be called as well as conforming to state regulations on unruly behavior.
"If I went out into the street dressed like this, swearing and screaming and fighting, I should be arrested" he said. "It's behavior, not status in life."
Homeless advocate Sister Mary Scullion says she is pleased that the bill will not criminalize homelessness.
"We think that this is a good compromise and we think this is a victory because it does address the major concerns about criminalization that we raised here," she said. "We're very, very happy about the amended bill."
The bill now goes to the full council for approval. THE END.

IT FORBIDS RANDOM ARRESTING, WHERE NO CRIME IS BEING COMMITTED AND THE ONLY COMPROMISE IS A GOOD ONE THAT PERMITS POLICE TO ARREST THOSE WHO ARE NOT SITTING AND MINDING THEIR OWN BUSINESS....BUT ARE CREATING A GENERAL DISTURBANCE BY DEMANDING MONEY FROM PEOPLE, OBSTRUCTING ENTRANCES TO BUSINESSES OR ACTING IN A THREATENING OR LOUD DISRUPTIVE MANNER.

A: I CONSIDER MYSELF A VICTIM OF POLITICAL CORRUPTION AND DISCRIMINATION OF CORRUPT POLITICAL EMPLOYEES AND ALSO A VICTIM OF NEGLIGENCE AND CORRUPTION, IN OUR DISAPPEARING JUDICIAL SYSTEM.

A: I WORKED ALL MY LIFE, IN HONORABLE JOBS AND LIVED AN HONORABLE LIFE. I NEVER EXPECTED ANY OF THIS TURMOIL TO TOUCH ME. I THOUGHT THAT HOMELESS PEOPLE BROUGHT THESE TRAGEDIES UPON THEMSELVES.
I HAVE SINCE DISCOVERED THAT ALL OF THIS IS FALSE RHETORIC AND A STERIOTYPICAL PHILOSOPHY THAT IS PRESENTED AND NURISHED BY THE VERY PEOPLE WHO VICTIMIZE YOU, IN ORDER TO MINIMIZE THE GUILT THEY SHOULD FEEL, AT THEIR EVIL ACTIVITIES AND AS A MEANS OF CLEARING THEMSELVES, OR ATTEMPTING TO COVER UP THAT THOSE CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES ARE RAMPANT IN THE GOVERNING SYSTEMS OF THE U.S.

THE REASON I AM INTERVIEWING MYSELF, IS BECAUSE TOO MANY PEOPLE HAVE LISTENED TO SUCH RHETORIC, AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A CHANCE TO SPEAK THE TRUTH, OR REVEAL THE EXTENT OF THE CORRUPTION, THAT HAS BEEN ROBBING ME OF MY LIFE.
MY EFFORTS HAVE BEEN HAMPERED BY A TOTAL, SENS-SURROUND OF CUT OFF COMMUNICATION. TO BEGIN WITH, I HAVE A FEDERAL POST OFFICE BOX. THIS SHOULD GIVE ME OPEN OPPORTUNITY, AT LEAST VIA “SLOW MAIL”.
I HAVE HAD MORE THAN ONE OCCASION, WHERE I HAVE PICKED UP MY MAIL, ON THE 3RD OF THE MONTH, AND LEFT THE BOX EMPTY. THEN RETURNED PERHAPS A WEEK OR TWO LATER, AND FOUND CORRESPONDENCE THAT WAS 1 TO 5 MONTHS OLD, NOW IN MY BOX.
I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO REQUEST A RESEND OF A FEW ITEMS AND STILL NEVER GOT THEM. I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT THEY WERE FORWARDED AS PROMISED.
SO, I COULD GO ON WITH A HUNDRED EXAMPLES OF MISERY AND HARM, THAT THIS ACTIVITY HAS CAUSED ME, BUT I WILL MOVE ON.
EMAIL: A SECOND VERY EFFICIENT/FAST MEANS OF COMMUNICATION?
I CANNOT REMEMBER THE NUMBER OF EMAIL ACCOUNTS THAT I HAVE OPENED AND IN EACH, HAVE HAD ALL THE SAME PROBLEMS.
SOMEONE TRESPASSES, CHANGES MY PASS WORD TO LOCK ME OUT, AND POSSIBLY STAYS IN THERE USING THE ACCOUNT, UNDER MY NAME, AND EVEN COMMITS FRAUD.
I DISCOVERED LETTERS SENT OUT OF MY ACCOUNTS, THAT WERE DESIGNED ON SITE WITH LOGOS AND COMPANY NAMES AND ADVERTISEMENTS THAT WERE THEN MAILED TO ME, AT ANOTHER OF MY ACCOUNTS, BUT THEY WERE NOT FROM THE COMPANIES, THEY WERE CREATED IN MY OWN ACCOUNT, BY SOMEONE WHO WANTED ME TO THINK THAT I AM RECEIVING MY EMAIL. 
AS I GAIN MORE SAVVY, AT COMPUTERS, I SEE THE RELEVANCE OF MORE ACTIVITY, THAN I USED TO BE AWARE OF. SO, I REALIZED, I AM NOT EVEN GETTING EMAIL, THEY ARE ONLY LETTING ME THINK THAT I RECEIVE EMAIL.
THIS IS EXTREMELY RELEVANT AND CRUEL, BECAUSE I SPENT YEARS SENDING OUT RESUME’S AND NEVER GETTING ANY RESPONSES FROM THE CORPORATIONS, THAT I SUBMITTED THEM TO, BUT FROM OTHER CORPORATIONS, THAT OFFERED OPPORTUNITITES THAT I COULD NOT QUALIFY FOR OR THAT REQUIRED TRANSPORTATION, THAT I DIDN’T HAVE.
I NOW BELIEVE THAT ALL THOSE YEARS, THEY WERE TAKING MY LEGITIMATE RESPONSES AND REPLACING THEM WITH BOGUS CREATED MOCK-UP FRAUDULENT IMPOSTERINGS OF OTHER COMPANIES.
AS WELL AS NURING, I WAS AN ACCOMPLISHED MIDDLE MANAGER AND CORPORATE MANAGER. I HAVE AN EXCELLENT RESUME’, WITH 6 AUTHENTIC LETTERS OF ACCLAIM, THAT I INCLUDED WITH APPLICATIONS.
NO ONE CAN CONVINCE ME THAT THERE WAS NOT INTERFERENCE WITH THE NORMAL PROCESS OF COMMUNICATING AN INTEREST AND BEING INVITED TO DISCUSS IT FURTHER, WITH A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

BY THE TIME HE GOT TO HAPPY, HAPPY BACHELOR LAND, HE WAS SO WHITE SPLAT - ENCRESTED, HE LOOKED LIKE THE MUMMY'S CURSE WAS PLASTER-CASTED ON HIM !

Everyday comforts come in small increments for Dawn Naret.
A couple of minutes in a vibrating chair at the drug store to jump-start her circulation after a night of sleeping on a Squirrel Hill sidewalk. The fur-lined boots that a stranger gave her to ward off the winter chill.
"You learn to appreciate simple things. A fabulous gift, to me, would be a hot cup of coffee," said Naret, 61, who has lived on the streets off and on for more than a decade.
Naret became homeless in 1997, when she was evicted from an apartment in Pittsburgh after she lost her nursing job and couldn't pay the rent. It was devastating, she said.
"I was a nurse all my life. ... I sold my car to pay the rent," said Naret, who went from nursing to waiting tables in a restaurant.
Naret said she tried to find work in Wheeling, W.Va., before moving in with her cousin in Lancaster.
Her unemployment money ran out and she returned to Pittsburgh. She began selling items at flea markets to try raising rent money.
"Things were not going well," Naret said.
Life since hasn't been easy.
"I'm terrified. Every time I go to sleep, I lay my life in the hands of God," said Naret, who claims she has been accosted by drunks and others during the middle of the night.

Naret's world consists of about three blocks in Squirrel Hill — the Carnegie Library, coffee shops and restaurants along Forbes and Murray avenues. When the weather turns chilly, she will wear up to four layers of clothing to try fending off the cold. Her feet bear the marks of frostbite.
Naret said she doesn't want pity. She won't give up the organic basil-herb cigarettes that she rolls by hand, even though she suffers from chronic-obstructive pulmonary disease and can't stand without wheezing.
"I've been a smoker all my life," she said.
Naret said she receives $860 a month in Social Security benefits. Although she accepts money from people in the neighborhood, she said she does not panhandle.
Naret is among the estimated 2,029 people who were counted in May as homeless in Allegheny County. More than 560 of them are children — with an average age of 8 — according to the county Department of Human Services.
The homeless figure is up from the last year's count of 2,011 for the same period but down from January's number of 2,242 because people leave shelters in warmer weather, officials said. The average length of stay in a county shelter can range from 30 days to 60 days, said Ed Haberchak, supervisor of hunger and housing services.
With a population of about 1.2 million, Allegheny County has 12 year-round shelters and a severe-weather emergency shelter open from Nov. 15 through March 15, "if" temperatures drop "below 25 degrees". Three other shelters aren't directly paid for by the county, Haberchak said.
In comparison, Pinellas County, Fla. — with a population of about 1 million and where Clearwater is the county seat — reported 6,235 homeless people this year, an estimated 2,000 of whom were unsheltered. In King County, Wash. — in which Seattle is the seat — 2,827 of that county's 1.8 million residents are homeless this year, up from 2,631 last year.

Those who know Naret describe her as intelligent, neat — even elegant. A prolific blogger, Naret spends many days using computers at Carnegie Library in Squirrel Hill, where she writes on 20 blogs.
"I am a disabled lady, living in the street," she wrote in one blog. "Being homeless, I have no bed to sleep in at night. Sleep only comes in naps, sitting in my chair."
On another, she wrote: "I am waiting for a chance to lie down and at least have a place to die. There is not much hope of healing."
Libraries with computers have become a magnet for some people who are homeless, said Dennis Culhane, a University of Pennsylvania professor and nationally recognized expert on homelessness.
"They can access information on jobs and housing, and connect with family members and other supports. The most common path out of homelessness is through family and friends, and the Internet is one of the primary vehicles our society has for connecting us," Culhane said.
Naret's blog topics range from government corruption, to war, to health care and politics.

"She considers herself a bit of an Internet rabble-rouser. Her goal is to be heard," said Mark Russell, a Carnegie librarian at Squirrel Hill.

"I feel more comfortable doing something constructive with my time. I don't date. I don't drink. I've been celibate for 15 years," said Naret.
She said she fell in love once.
"I followed him like a puppy," she said about her husband of 10 years, Jeff Naret, who moved to Florida after their divorce in 1984 or 1985.
Naret doesn't said she doesn't know what went wrong in her marriage. Jeff Naret declined to comment for this story.
"Everything seemed to be fine," she said.
Multiple factors
One of her challenges, she said on a day in which she started unpacking warmer clothing for the approaching winter, is to change people's perception about the homeless.
"Not all homeless (people) are alcoholics, drug-users or prostitutes," she said. "Some are honorable workers who got shafted on the job. ... There are many degreed professionals who are out here in the system."
Homelessness results from a complex set of circumstances that often forces people to choose between food, shelter, and other basic needs, according to the National Coalition for the Homeless.
"A lot of people think folks have made their bed and they need to lie in it. That's not the case. ... Nobody would want to make the choice to live outside," said Mac McMahon, director of Homeless Assistance Programs at Community Human Services Corp.
McMahon said he has known a lawyer and a doctor who were homeless.
The problem is not limited to urban areas.
"One of the things we constantly deal with ... is that programs are developed around urban settings. One size does not fit all," said Barry Denk, director of the Center for Rural Pennsylvania.

"I don't want to be evaluated. I know where those things go," said Naret, who acknowledges she had "a horrible experience at a shelter." She won't discuss it.
She has relatives in Alabama and Lancaster but won't ask them for help.
"We were always poor. I would never want to involve them in my plight. They didn't cause this," Naret said.
She said she would love to have her own home, a garden and to be able to listen to classical music.
But for now, she's "praying for a laptop," she said with a big grin.

Everyday comforts come in small increments for Dawn Naret.
A couple of minutes in a vibrating chair at the drug store to jump-start her circulation after a night of sleeping on a Squirrel Hill sidewalk. The fur-lined boots that a stranger gave her to ward off the winter chill.
"You learn to appreciate simple things. A fabulous gift, to me, would be a hot cup of coffee," said Naret, 61, who has lived on the streets off and on for more than a decade.
Naret became homeless in 1997, when she was evicted from an apartment in Pittsburgh after she lost her nursing job and couldn't pay the rent. It was devastating, she said.
"I was a nurse all my life. ... I sold my car to pay the rent," said Naret, who went from nursing to waiting tables in a restaurant.
Naret said she tried to find work in Wheeling, W.Va., before moving in with her cousin in Lancaster.
Her unemployment money ran out and she returned to Pittsburgh. She began selling items at flea markets to try raising rent money.
"Things were not going well," Naret said.
Life since hasn't been easy.
"I'm terrified. Every time I go to sleep, I lay my life in the hands of God," said Naret, who claims she has been accosted by drunks and others during the middle of the night.

Naret's world consists of about three blocks in Squirrel Hill — the Carnegie Library, coffee shops and restaurants along Forbes and Murray avenues. When the weather turns chilly, she will wear up to four layers of clothing to try fending off the cold. Her feet bear the marks of frostbite.
Naret said she doesn't want pity. She won't give up the organic basil-herb cigarettes that she rolls by hand, even though she suffers from chronic-obstructive pulmonary disease and can't stand without wheezing.
"I've been a smoker all my life," she said.
Naret said she receives $860 a month in Social Security benefits. Although she accepts money from people in the neighborhood, she said she does not panhandle.
Naret is among the estimated 2,029 people who were counted in May as homeless in Allegheny County. More than 560 of them are children — with an average age of 8 — according to the county Department of Human Services.
The homeless figure is up from the last year's count of 2,011 for the same period but down from January's number of 2,242 because people leave shelters in warmer weather, officials said. The average length of stay in a county shelter can range from 30 days to 60 days, said Ed Haberchak, supervisor of hunger and housing services.
With a population of about 1.2 million, Allegheny County has 12 year-round shelters and a severe-weather emergency shelter open from Nov. 15 through March 15, "if" temperatures drop "below 25 degrees". Three other shelters aren't directly paid for by the county, Haberchak said.
In comparison, Pinellas County, Fla. — with a population of about 1 million and where Clearwater is the county seat — reported 6,235 homeless people this year, an estimated 2,000 of whom were unsheltered. In King County, Wash. — in which Seattle is the seat — 2,827 of that county's 1.8 million residents are homeless this year, up from 2,631 last year.

Those who know Naret describe her as intelligent, neat — even elegant. A prolific blogger, Naret spends many days using computers at Carnegie Library in Squirrel Hill, where she writes on 20 blogs.
"I am a disabled lady, living in the street," she wrote in one blog. "Being homeless, I have no bed to sleep in at night. Sleep only comes in naps, sitting in my chair."
On another, she wrote: "I am waiting for a chance to lie down and at least have a place to die. There is not much hope of healing."
Libraries with computers have become a magnet for some people who are homeless, said Dennis Culhane, a University of Pennsylvania professor and nationally recognized expert on homelessness.
"They can access information on jobs and housing, and connect with family members and other supports. The most common path out of homelessness is through family and friends, and the Internet is one of the primary vehicles our society has for connecting us," Culhane said.
Naret's blog topics range from government corruption, to war, to health care and politics.

"She considers herself a bit of an Internet rabble-rouser. Her goal is to be heard," said Mark Russell, a Carnegie librarian at Squirrel Hill.

"I feel more comfortable doing something constructive with my time. I don't date. I don't drink. I've been celibate for 15 years," said Naret.
She said she fell in love once.
"I followed him like a puppy," she said about her husband of 10 years, Jeff Naret, who moved to Florida after their divorce in 1984 or 1985.
Naret doesn't said she doesn't know what went wrong in her marriage. Jeff Naret declined to comment for this story.
"Everything seemed to be fine," she said.
Multiple factors
One of her challenges, she said on a day in which she started unpacking warmer clothing for the approaching winter, is to change people's perception about the homeless.
"Not all homeless (people) are alcoholics, drug-users or prostitutes," she said. "Some are honorable workers who got shafted on the job. ... There are many degreed professionals who are out here in the system."
Homelessness results from a complex set of circumstances that often forces people to choose between food, shelter, and other basic needs, according to the National Coalition for the Homeless.
"A lot of people think folks have made their bed and they need to lie in it. That's not the case. ... Nobody would want to make the choice to live outside," said Mac McMahon, director of Homeless Assistance Programs at Community Human Services Corp.
McMahon said he has known a lawyer and a doctor who were homeless.
The problem is not limited to urban areas.
"One of the things we constantly deal with ... is that programs are developed around urban settings. One size does not fit all," said Barry Denk, director of the Center for Rural Pennsylvania.

Financial help from the government is on the way for people who are homeless or facing homelessness as the recession grinds on, officials said Monday.
Agencies in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County that help the homeless and try to prevent others from losing their homes will share $13.6 million in one-time federal grants his fall.
The money, coming from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, will pay for programs that would begin in October.
It will help the homeless and those at risk because of job losses to pay rent, utility bills and relocation costs, and if necessary to get legal aid or financial counseling.
"One of the obstacles has been sufficient funding to help place people in stable housing," said Gigi Saladna, a spokeswoman for Mayor Luke Ravenstahl. This program, she said, is designed to help "individuals already homeless but ready for housing, and those who are facing eviction and homelessness for the first time."
In addition to the federal money, the county expects to receive about $790,000 from the state Department of Community & Economic Development for homeless prevention programs, said Kevin Evanto, spokesman for Allegheny County Executive Dan Onorato.
Between 350 and 450 chronically homeless people live in the county, said Rich Venezia, administrator for the Bureau of Hunger; Housing in the county Department of Human Services.
Those about to become homeless are more difficult to track, Evanto said.
"We're thrilled to have this funding in these tough economic times," said Fay Morgan, executive director of North Hills Community Outreach in Hampton, which is scheduled to receive $1.4 million.
"Right now, we can pay rent for those who need it for one month, two months at the most," Morgan said. "This is going to help us do that for 12 months."
The money targets people who might have lost their jobs during the economic downturn, Saladna and Evanto said.
"These are individuals who have ... used up all their unemployment benefits or can't make their housing payments, people who live paycheck to paycheck and are laid off or are not earning enough to pay all their bills," Saladna said. "One major crisis, such as illness or loss of transportation, can trigger financial crisis.
"These are people who have been doubled up with family and friends, but cannot stay in those housing situations indefinitely."
People will be able to call a hot line that will be set up, Evanto said; officials will provide details later.
To qualify, people must be homeless or about to lose their home, and earn less than 50 percent of the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Statistical Area median annual income. For a family of four, that amount is $31,250.
Adrienne Walnoha, executive director of the Community Human Services Corporation in Oakland, said the $2.4 million her organization would receive will enable "a community-wide response."
Walnoha and others want to make the money last for three years.
"It takes time for people to recover from these situations," Walnoha said. "It's important we have the flexibility, from the time perspective, to make sure that can happen."

HPRP Program Highlights
HPRP funding will provide short-term rental assistance (participants must requalify every 3-months for a maximum of 12 months of assistance) of rental; utility assistance (including arrears), as well as relocation services, to individuals; families who are at-risk of becoming homeless or are already homeless.

MARCH 16, 2010 UPDATE:
I AM STILL HOMELESS AND HAVE HAD 2 MORE HOSPITALIZATIONS SINCE THE FIRST OF THIS YEAR. IHAVE ALSO BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH AN AORTIC ANEURISM THAT COULD BURST, WITH CONTINUED STRESS AND STRAIN OF PUSHING MY HOMELESS CART OF PERSONAL POSSESSIONS WITH AN INSTANT DEATH RESULT.
IN THIS STATE OF DESPERATION, I MADE A SINCERE CONTACT WITH ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PITTSBURGH, PA OFFICES TO TRY TO GET HELP, THROUGH AN ADVOCACY PROGRAM, AND GOT REFERRAL ACTION. BUT, I WAS TOLD THAT THE HPRP STIPEND MONEY PROGRAM WAS REOPENED AND I MIGHT GET HELP THERE.
AS ANGRY AS I WAS, OVER THE SHORT-LIFE OPENING THAT THE HPRP HAD ORGANIZED, I CONTACTED THEM WITH A SINCERE REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE. I FELT THAT I WAS BEING EXPEDITED AT LAST. HOPE AROSE.
THEN I WAS DIRECTED TO A DOWNSTAIRS OFFICE, OFFICIALLY HANDLING THE HPRP THAT SPECIALIZES IN HOMELESS PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND WAS MOVED RIGHT INTO MEETINGS AND APPLICATION.
I WAS TOLD THAT MY APPLICATION WOULD BE FORWARDED TO ONE ONE THE SELECTED AGENCIES, WHO WERE ASSIGNED TO DO THE LEG WORK AND HANDLE THE APPS AND THAT THEY WOULD CONTACT ME WITHIN 1-2 DAYS.

Struggling to find work and a place of their own, some families bear the additional burden of persuading a school district to educate their children, an attorney for a nonprofit advocacy group said Monday.
Nancy Hubley of the Education Law Center's Pittsburgh office said a phone call to the school district's lawyer often resolves the problem. Sometimes, school officials don't understand modern homelessness, she said.
"The schools think that if families aren't living under a bridge, that they're not homeless."
Hubley is representing a local family challenging the state Department of Education and the Carlynton School District's interpretation of a federal law that governs education for homeless children. She said her office has fielded more than 300 calls in the past year from homeless families fighting to keep their kids in the district of their choice.
"This isn't only one school district," Hubley said.
According to state records, 11,783 students in Pennsylvania were homeless in the 2007-08 school year, the latest figures available. Of those students, 1,825 were in the region that covers Allegheny, Beaver, Bedford, Fayette, Fulton, Greene, Somerset, Washington and Westmoreland counties.
Hubley said the family she represents, whom she declined to identify, lived in the Woodland Hills School District before the father lost his job. The family lost its house in April.
The Interfaith Hospitality Network of South Hills provides a day shelter in Crafton where the family keeps its belongings. Eight churches take turns weekly providing the family with sleeping space.
The four children finished the 2008-09 school year in Woodland Hills by spending almost two hours daily on buses. Their mother decided to enroll them in Carlynton School District this year to eliminate the long trips.
Susan Donnan, the network's executive director, said Carlynton school officials initially refused to accept the children.
"They said they do not enroll children from (the shelter's) address," she said. "We contacted the Education Law Center immediately."
While the family sleeps in a different location each week, it has been using the Crafton shelter as its home address since April, Donnan said. The children's father has landed a new job, and the family is saving its money so it can move into a permanent home, she said.
"This is a great family. They are very nice, and they're working very hard (to get out on their own)," Donnan said.
"These are not problematic children with behavioral problems.
These are good children who have never been homeless before. People have a stereotype image of homeless people, but they have to understand with the economic downturn more and more people are losing their homes."
Carlynton schools Superintendent Michael Panza said the district enrolled the students, but it wants a clear ruling on whether it is obligated to provide education for children whose families use the shelter.
The federal law says that either the child's former district or the district where the child sleeps is responsible, he said.
"We just want to obey the law," Panza said.
Hubley said the federal law guaranteeing education for homeless students required the district to enroll the children while it contests their status, and the children are attending classes.
Carlynton has since obtained a letter from the state Department of Education saying it's not obligated to educate the children, a ruling the center plans to challenge in federal court, she said.
By the state and district's interpretation of the law, the students would have to enroll in a different district every week when their family moves, she contends.
Michael Race, spokesman for the state Education Department, said the center is mischaracterizing the letter the state coordinator for Pennsylvania's Homeless Children's Initiative sent the school district.
The letter says that, based on the evidence and the language of the federal law, the district isn't obligated to enroll the children. It doesn't say the district can take the children out of classes, he said.
The state hasn't ruled on the children's status because the district has agreed to let them stay through the end of this school year, he said. If the children weren't receiving an education, the agency would become directly involved, he said.
"We would have an obligation not just legally but morally to step in," Race said.

EVERY DAY I WITNESS CORRUPTION, EXPERIENCE ABUSE OR FIND JUST ONE MORE REASON TO BECOME TERRIBLY CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON IN THIS COUNTRY.
We, as U.S. Citizens, seem to be in great danger of loss of income, destitution, forclosure, false arrest, institutionalization or identity theft, that keeps recurring, because the criminal industry now sells and resells identity information from one to another criminal.
I have had such predatory, aggressive activity directed toward me, by Pa State Offices, that I have to suspect that there is a reason why they are treating me so horribly. It seems that they are trying to inspire me to move out of State, to escape their terrorization.....But isn't that what the identity thieves do ??
In 2001, I applied for job search assistance at the Pa Careers Office and submitted a full, impressive resume', with 6 beautiful letters of reference. I never got any response.
Approx. 3 years later I was again, in their offices, and discovered that they had me registered as "DISABLED".
I WAS PERFECTLY HEALTHY AND LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT...AGAIN.
1 year after that, I was truely and verifiably diagnosed with C.O.P.D. (chronic obstructive lung disease) and was given 2-3 years to live. I was also officially then, registered as "DISABLED".
They are not just looking to do some free shopping....they are intending to replace you in your life ! ! and we are all becoming vulnerable to being placed in a very dangerous situation, if they choose to "get US out of the way, so they can BE us".
Penn-Dot has illegally threatened to cancel my Pa drivers license, with no violations or grounds, so I got a court order that demanded I retain legal right to drive, and in violation of that court order, they have it currently listed as "suspended" which is still not giving me legal right to drive.

I have suspected, for a long time, that Penn-Dot may have had corrupt employees involved in identity theft and sales of identities, against Pa citizens.
Without my official drivers license, I cannot prove my identity to the Social Security Admin., cannot travel by plane, train or bus, and cannot prove myself in any I.D. required issue.I was first made homeless because of injustice, at a nursing facility, where corrupt personnel were framing nurses to eliminate them and replacing them with more corrupt staff.
I was entitled to unemployment and got it and then corrupt employees, at Pa unemployment Dept. illegally cancelled it and I fought as far as I could get, against more corrupt activities until they said they were just going to "dismiss the case, which meant throw it away and that's the end of my argument.

Among other examples of current "victimization" of PA citizens, I add just a few more examples:
I was refused "Section 8" housing assistance three times, on illegal excuses, from a corrupt clerk that told me I would have to go to the end of a 2 year waiting list "again", just before she called her cousin and told her to come in tomorrow and she would get her all signed up and approved.
I am a disabled lady, living in the street. Her cousin was probably young, healthy and already had an apartment, but just wanted financial savings available in her budget.Pa State is COMPLETELY FULL OF CORRUPTION.
Citizens are now being "CRIMINALIZED" by frame-ups and false testimony from paid street criminals.We are being blackmailed, extorted from, harrassed, abused and threatened by street thugs, being paid by corrupt lawyers, politicians, nursing home directors and real estate and business investors, who are interested in obtaining the property and posessions of the citizen.
The citizen is meanwhile illegally removed from an opportunity to resist the take-overs through loss of income, homelessness, involuntary confinement to nursing homes, prisons and psychiatric facilities based on false testimony or physical abuse.
I fell asleep on a Pittsburgh P.A.T. Bus and woke up to find the P.A.T. security guard beating me on the arm and yelling at me to wake up and get off the bus. When I demanded I.D. from him and the driver, to file a formal complaint to P.A.T., I was refused all the necessary info and he filied a citation against me for "disorderly conduct", for not leaving on command, without their identities.
I fought it and in the process, ran into more corruption, in the Commonwealth Court of Pittsburgh, Pa, and possibly an incidence of fraud and impostering a judge. Because, unless there are 2 judges, with the same name...I was heard by an imposter. This was the second case I sought help on and it was definetely not the same man, AND again, I was obstructed from the legal right to "DUE PROCESS" of the law.

I was sitting for 10 minutes at a Squirrel Hill Giant Eagle and a security guard came over and demanded that I leave the store. I told him I am waiting for the new rack of fresh bread to come down and he threatened to call the police and have me arrested for trespass if I ever come in the store again.
Was I that much of a problem?
NO, I was a victim of attempted false "INCRIMINATION", having committed no violation of anything and the store owner was and still is a victim of attempted take-over, to be accomplished by reducing their customer vollumn as rudely and permanently as possible, so they can cause him to file bankruptcy and pick-up the business for pennies.

The citizens of PA are being harrassed, terrorized and in many cases, forced to leave state, due to these abuses. 20 years ago, I had a temporary residense in ALABAMA.
I legally turned in my PA license, when I arrived and recieved it as renewed, when I returned to PA. When I left ALA and returned to PITTSBURGH, PA, I was not under any suspension or cancelation when I left.
I could have kept my ALA license, but I did not want it, any longer, I was going back to Pittsburgh, PA.
For 20 years, I have had my PA license back, renewed 3-4 times, with no violations.
Now they want to refuse to renew it for some trumped up excuse that, according to their new national computer system, I have a problem in ALA that needs to be resolved.
I contacted ALA and got my written record from them. “License cancelled when I left state, no violations, no problems”.
I gave this to PA and they issued me my license. Scroll down at the end of this notice to see the new license, with current “fatter me” picture.
1 week later, they sent me a letter that they want that license back, but I can appeal if I want to.
Just more harrassment.
I already gave them the 3 year abstract, from ALA, which is all that is required with this national computer license check system, WHY IS PA GOING BACK 20 YEARS TO TRY TO FIND AN EXCUSE TO HARRASS ME AND CANCEL MY LICENSE?
That is abusive and illegal intrusion. They only have a right to review the 3 year period that the other states review.
The verification from ALA was not accepted. so I got a COURT ORDER to stop them from their criminal activity, until I can get some legal, honorable members of our justice and political system to take a look at these horrible abuses.
In spite of a court order, they blew it off and RESENT the letter with a different cancel date to stagger appeals hearings, thinking they can imprison me in this state with repeated abuses.
I have had the same license number for 45 years. If I should lose that number, an identity thief could have it issued to them and be accepted as the authentic Dawn Naret!
They did this to me with my P.O. Box: 505, Pgh., Pa 15230 address, that I had about 15-20 years, BEFORE MOVING TO ALABAMA TEMPORARILY.
I requested to have THAT old number box back, that I closed when I moved to ALA, and guess what? I am told that I cannot have it back unless I pay 3 years rent on it !
What the heck is THAT ??
That is corrupt employees !!
I did not owe any rent on the box.
The system is that you pay by the 10th of the month that your paid time expires in and if no renewal payment is received, they lock you out. You never get a chance to get 3 years behind !
They have kept me from having my original P.O. Box number and now they are trying to keep me from having my original drivers license number.
If I let them get away with cancelling my PA license, I cannot travel outside the city of Pittsburgh on public transit of plane, train or bus!!
You have to present a valid current photo I.D., before they will issue you a ticket now.
I suppose that is has a lot to do with homeland security, and I don’t mind………..as long as I am still free to travel at will !!
I asked the PA Dept of Trans. “What will I do, if they should succeed in taking my license, even temporarily, until I can get the legal truth straightened out ? Will I have to use a State Photo I.D. ?
Guess what his answer was …..”WE don’t issue State Photo I.D.’s to people who have had their drivers license canceled.”
(I’m screaming a seamans’ cuss vocabulary to shame by now, inside my head !….)
You cannot get a State I.D. if your license has been canceled….
Isn’t that what the State I.D. was created for, was to provide verified photo i.d. to those who DO NOT DRIVE ?? !!
How can they get away with these imprisoning abuses ?!
Now, since I am a disabled person, living on social security disability, that, I believe in my soul, is already being embezzeled of two thirds or more of the cash benefit amount, now I stand with a more serious chance of NOT being able to protect myself, by stopping the identity thieves from having my address changed to theirs or moving out of state, with MY social security income, and leaving me totally penniless of income….AGAIN !!
And I can’t go, because I’m not allowed on any public transportation without I.D. !!!
It’s almost as if the State is helping to make things easier for identity thieves.

And I have witnessed that every time someone mentions “conspiricy”, they are dragged off to a psych. consult and soon institutionalized and declared “incompetent”, so their income is no longer turned over to them and they do not manage their own affairs any longer, but an court assigned person, whom they might or might not have ever known, takes over the receiving of their social security check and they are given “allowances” from this person, which are supposed to amount to 100% of the social security check.
But some judges and Depts. of Social Services have determined that a % of the check may be kept as a "service fee" for managing the victims money.
I have witnessed instances where a person receiving $1000 a month benefit check, was only getting $30 of the money handed over to them by their assigned person. ABUSSES !!
I also scream abuse because I suspect that my identity has been sold by corrupt criminal employees of PA STATE GOV. or criminals trespassing into their computer systems and using their form letters, signed by their legal employees.
I am also suspecting that it was sold by corrupt staff of a woman’s shelter that I was forced to stay in, while waiting for disability and section 8 housing, that I am still being refused on and discriminated against, after 3 applications I was never given any housing although, while sitting there the 2nd or 3rd time filling out yet another application and being told that there is a 2 year waiting list, I witnessed the young black female clerk make a phone call to a cousin and tell her that the money is coming in on Tuesday, and to be here at 8am and she will get the cousin all signed up…..ABUSE !
And now, guess what, someone, using my name and gave the section 8 office in west moreland county, an application with an address that I; never put on applications and which was never put on my drivers license and luckily, I recieved a letter about the application in the mail, and will follow-up on to investigate.
It was approved for section 8 in West Moreland County, 2 months ago, but I never got the letter in my P.O. Box in time to accept, even if I wanted to. Did they back date it?
Was it held out of my mail box?
Why did it take 2 months to get to me?
It is toooo strange also, that I have, in the last 1 month been thinking that I need to get out of Pgh. City and get to better air, for my health.
West Morland County has been 1 of the 2 areas I had thought to look into. But, It’s too late, there is already someone there using my name and I will have to fight off the duplication and slander, because these people are criminals….They do not lead clean, wholesome lifestyles the way I do.
I am currently fighting to stop them from canceling my drivers license, which has been in good standing for 20 years!
I will publish these letters as soon as possible with the whole story, although, publishing is getting harder and harder, because I am a poor person on social security disability, I cannot afford my own computer and have to go to the Carnegie Library, Pittsburgh, PA to do all my computer work.
AND YES, I HAVE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS… THESE ARE ALL VALID MISERIES THAT I HAVE TO PUT UP WITH EVERY DAY AND I AM GETTING VERY SICK AND TIRED OF IT ALL.
This Library was at one time a very reputable institution that was donated to the citizens by Andrew Carnegie, a 19th century industrialist who was philanthropic in many areas of life and endowment projects in Pittsburgh.
But times have changed, The trust fund that Andrew Carnegie set up to manage these free public Libraries and a super large Museum of Art, Natural History, and just about everything under the sun, has been seized by people, who, in my opinion are not of the caliber to be entrusted with an endowment trust as large as the Carnegie Institution.
One of the board members has recently been imprisoned for fraud and embezzelment from city government accounts where she worked as an employee.
The caliber of the people are extremely questionable.
I hold the opinion that 70% of the treasures in the museum are missing and have been replaced by recent cheap displays of no value and beyond the museum, the computer dept. has been sabotaging work and in my opinion obstructing the poor people from accomplishing any basic needs work, like job hunting and house hunting.
We have such a problem with trespassing and obstruction that you files disappear completely, get converted to encoding without your permission, get removed from your floppy disk completely e-mail is erased and diverted temporary files that are supposed to disappear are still popping up by accident 3-4 months later while you are fighting with the machine to give you back your work that it just stole off the screen and up pops a file that was stolen 3-4 months ago.
The illegal system has already been under investigation and I hope that they take it all the way to removing the current system completely, because we cannot even respond to e-mail resume’ submission on corporate accounts.
I wasted years of effort job hunting in the public library, only to find out now and to obtain evidence that these horrendous acts of discrimination and obstruction have been intentional practices of the staff of a very criminal system.
I never give up effort and I will get all the letters online one way or another. It was a fighting miracle that I got the copy of the court order, against PENN-DOT for illegally trying to take my original 40 year old license number from me, on here, even if you do have to click to view it, at least it is visible. - UPDATE
ON THE PENN-DOT HEARING:

BOTTOM LINE WAS THE JUDGE (WHO WAS NOT THE MAN OF THE NAME HE WAS USING) PRONOUNCED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO FOR ME.
THIS WAS AFTER PENN-DOT HAD ALREADY DEFIED A COURT ORDER TO NOT INTERRUPT MY DRIVING PRIVILAGES, UNTIL THE HEARING.
THE DAY OF THE HEARING, I WAS HAVING STRESS AND USUAL CARDIAC MALFUNCTIONS AS A RESULT.
THE COURT HOUSE SECURITY GUARDS HAD ALREADY PUT ME THROUGH THEIR USUAL INTIMIDATION AND TERRORIZING PACES AND MY CARDIAC SYMPTOMS WERE INCREASING, AS A RESULT.
THESE WERE THE SAME GUARDS WHO TRIED TO STOP ME FROM OBTAINING THE COURT ORDER, AGAINST PENN-DOT, BY ORDERING ME TO LEAVE THE BUILDING AND MOVE MY BAGGAGE CART FROM A PARKING PLACE THAT I DEEMED WAS WELL OUT OF ANYONES WAY.
THERE WOULD BE NO OTHER PLACE TO LEAVE IT OUTSIDE ALONE AND I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO CONDUCT MY BUSINESS THIS DAY.
THEY INTERRUPTED ME 3 TIMES, TRYING TO STOP THE COURT ORDER FROM BEING ISSUED, AND FINALLY, ONE OF THE KIND CLERKS BROYGHT THE JUDGE DOWN TO ME, WHILE THE GUARDS WERE STANDING THERE INTERRUPTING STILL AND SCREAMING THAT THEY WILL CALL THE BOMB SQUAD TO GET MY BAGS REMOVED, UNLESS I COME IMMEDIATELY !
THE JUDGE SIGNED THE ORDER FOR ME, WHILE THEY CONTINUED SCREAMING AND ATTEMPTING TO INTERRUPT ! I LEFT THE BUILDING WHEN MY BUSINESS WAS FINISHED.
THIS HEARING, ON A LATER DATE, FOR THAT ISSUE LASTED APPROX. 5 MINUTES, WITH NO OPPORTUNITY FOR ME TO PRESENT OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS THAT VERIFIED THAT AL-DOT (ALABAMA) HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH ME ON THEIR RECORDS. IT WAS STAMPED WITH THEIR OFFICIAL STATE SEAL. AND TO INFORM HIM THAT THEY HAD TRIED TO RE-SEND THE THREATENING LETTER OF CANCELATION A WEEK AFTER THE COURT ORDER WAS ISSUED, SO THEY COULD SAY THAT THE NEW LETTER HAD NO COURT ORDER RESTRICTIONS.
THESE MATTERS OF DECEPTION WOULD HAVE FORCED HIM TO DELAY DECISION UNTIL THE DEFYING THE COURT ORDER WAS ADDRESSED.
BUT I WAS ROBBED OF DUE PROCESS AND DISMISSED OUT OF THE ROOM.
I WENT DIRECTLY TO THE SAME PROTHONOTARY'S OFFICE TO FILE AN APPEAL, AS I HAD ON THE BUS COMPANY ABUSE CASE. THE LADIES THERE HAD GRATFULLY HELPED ME THROUGH THAT APPEALS PROCESS, BY GIVING ME THE PAPERS I NEEDED TO FILE AND TELLING ME THE ADDRESSES OF OFFICES I HAD TO VISIT FOR COMPLETING THE FILING PACKET.
ON THIS DAY, THEY WERE DIFFERENT LADIES, EXCEPT FOR ONE AND WOULD NOT GIVE ANY INFO AT ALL. THEY DENIED HAVING THE PAPERS I NEEDED AND INFORMED ME THAT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE ME "LEGAL COUNSEL". THEY ADVISED ME TO GO TO THE LIBRARY TO LOOK THROUGH REFERENCE BOOKS TO SEE WHAT PAPERS I NEEDED AND THEN COME BACK AND THEY WILL SEE IF THEY HAVE WHAT I REQUEST.
I WENT TO THE LIBRARY, CONVINCED THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO OBSTRUCT ME FROM FILING AN APPEAL, AND MY CARDIAC SYMPTOMS GOT WORSE STILL. I HAD TO GIVE UP AND LEAVE SO I COULD CALM DOWN. I NEVER GOT THE APPEAL FILED.
SOON AFTER, UNSURE OF WHEN, I RECIEVED A NOTICE, FROM THE COURT HOUSE, THAT MY REQUEST FOR AN APPEAL HAD BEEN DENIED ! IT WAS MAILED THE SAME DAY AS THE HEARING ! I HAD NO CHANCE TO FILE IT AND CERTAINLY NO JUDGE WOULD HAVE HAD A CHANCE TO CONSIDER IT ! !
IS THERE CORRUPTION HERE ? ! !
I STILL INTEND TO TRY TO FOLLOW UP, BECAUSE SINCE THEN MY LICENSE HAS STILL BEEN REPORTED AS "SUSPENDED", AT LEAST NOT CANCELED, AND THE ASST. D.A., WHO PRESENTED THE EXCUSE FOR PENN-DOT TO DENY ME MY LICENSE, WAS THE SAME WHO STOOD AT THE BENCH OF THE SUPERIOR COURT APPEAL, AGAINST THE BUS COMPANY, AND HAD READ THE EXTREMELY LONG, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL BRIEF, THAT I WROTE MYSELF AND SUBMITTED, AS MY ARGUMENT AGAINST THE CIRCUIT COURT'S DECISION IN FAVOR OF THE LYING BUS COMPANY SECURITY GUARD.
I THINK THAT AFTER READING THE BRIEF, WHICH TAUGHT OF THIS TYPE OF CORRUPTION AND MANIPULATIONS OF THE COURT, THAT HE MAY HAVE REGRETTED THE DENIAL OF DUE PROCESS TO ME AT THE PENN-DOT HEARING.
I AM HOPING THAT HE LEARNED THAT HE MADE A MISTAKE AND MIGHT EVEN HELP TO RATIFY THIS INJUSTICE AND INCONVENIENCE ON MY LICENSE.

I have had such predatory, aggressive activity directed toward me, by Pa State Offices, that I have to suspect that there is a reason why they are treating me so horribly. It seems that they are trying to inspire me to move out of State, to escape their terrorization.....But isn't that what the identity thieves do ??
In 2001, I applied for job search assistance at the Pa Careers Office and submitted a full, impressive resume', with 6 beautiful letters of reference. I never got any response.
Approx. 3 years later I was again, in their offices, and discovered that they had me registered as "DISABLED".
I WAS PERFECTLY HEALTHY AND LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT...AGAIN.
1 year after that, I was truely and verifiably diagnosed with C.O.P.D. (chronic obstructive lung disease) and was given 2-3 years to live. I was also officially then, registered as "DISABLED".
They are not just looking to do some free shopping....they are intending to replace you in your life ! ! and we are all becoming vulnerable to being placed in a very dangerous situation, if they choose to "get US out of the way, so they can BE us".
Penn-Dot has illegally threatened to cancel my Pa drivers license, with no violations or grounds, so I got a court order that demanded I retain legal right to drive, and in violation of that court order, they have it currently listed as "suspended" which is still not giving me legal right to drive.

I have suspected, for a long time, that Penn-Dot may have had corrupt employees involved in identity theft and sales of identities, against Pa citizens.
Without my official drivers license, I cannot prove my identity to the Social Security Admin., cannot travel by plane, train or bus, and cannot prove myself in any I.D. required issue.I was first made homeless because of injustice, at a nursing facility, where corrupt personnel were framing nurses to eliminate them and replacing them with more corrupt staff.

Among other examples of current "victimization" of PA citizens, I add just a few more examples:
I was refused "Section 8" housing assistance three times, on illegal excuses, from a corrupt clerk that told me I would have to go to the end of a 2 year waiting list "again", just before she called her cousin and told her to come in tomorrow and she would get her all signed up and approved.
I am a disabled lady, living in the street. Her cousin was probably young, healthy and already had an apartment, but just wanted financial savings available in her budget.Pa State is COMPLETELY FULL OF CORRUPTION.
Citizens are now being "CRIMINALIZED" by frame-ups and false testimony from paid street criminals.We are being blackmailed, extorted from, harrassed, abused and threatened by street thugs, being paid by corrupt lawyers, politicians, nursing home directors and real estate and business investors, who are interested in obtaining the property and posessions of the citizen.
The citizen is meanwhile illegally removed from an opportunity to resist the take-overs through loss of income, homelessness, involuntary confinement to nursing homes, prisons and psychiatric facilities based on false testimony or physical abuse.
I fell asleep on a Pittsburgh P.A.T. Bus and woke up to find the P.A.T. security guard beating me on the arm and yelling at me to wake up and get off the bus. When I demanded I.D. from him and the driver, to file a formal complaint to P.A.T., I was refused all the necessary info and he filied a citation against me for "disorderly conduct", for not leaving on command, without their identities.
I fought it and in the process, ran into more corruption, in the Commonwealth Court of Pittsburgh, Pa, and possibly an incidence of fraud and impostering a judge. Because, unless there are 2 judges, with the same name...I was heard by an imposter. This was the second case I sought help on and it was definetely not the same man, AND again, I was obstructed from the legal right to "DUE PROCESS" of the law.

I was sitting for 10 minutes at a Squirrel Hill Giant Eagle and a security guard came over and demanded that I leave the store. I told him I am waiting for the new rack of fresh bread to come down and he threatened to call the police and have me arrested for trespass if I ever come in the store again.
Was I that much of a problem?
NO, I was a victim of attempted false "INCRIMINATION", having committed no violation of anything and the store owner was and still is a victim of attempted take-over, to be accomplished by reducing their customer vollumn as rudely and permanently as possible, so they can cause him to file bankruptcy and pick-up the business for pennies.

The citizens of PA are being harrassed, terrorized and in many cases, forced to leave state, due to these abuses. 20 years ago, I had a temporary residense in ALABAMA.
I legally turned in my PA license, when I arrived and recieved it as renewed, when I returned to PA. When I left ALA and returned to PITTSBURGH, PA, I was not under any suspension or cancelation when I left.
I could have kept my ALA license, but I did not want it, any longer, I was going back to Pittsburgh, PA.
For 20 years, I have had my PA license back, renewed 3-4 times, with no violations.
Now they want to refuse to renew it for some trumped up excuse that, according to their new national computer system, I have a problem in ALA that needs to be resolved.
I contacted ALA and got my written record from them. “License cancelled when I left state, no violations, no problems”.
I gave this to PA and they issued me my license. Scroll down at the end of this notice to see the new license, with current “fatter me” picture.
1 week later, they sent me a letter that they want that license back, but I can appeal if I want to.
Just more harrassment.
I already gave them the 3 year abstract, from ALA, which is all that is required with this national computer license check system, WHY IS PA GOING BACK 20 YEARS TO TRY TO FIND AN EXCUSE TO HARRASS ME AND CANCEL MY LICENSE?
That is abusive and illegal intrusion. They only have a right to review the 3 year period that the other states review.
The verification from ALA was not accepted. so I got a COURT ORDER to stop them from their criminal activity, until I can get some legal, honorable members of our justice and political system to take a look at these horrible abuses.
In spite of a court order, they blew it off and RESENT the letter with a different cancel date to stagger appeals hearings, thinking they can imprison me in this state with repeated abuses.
I have had the same license number for 45 years. If I should lose that number, an identity thief could have it issued to them and be accepted as the authentic Dawn Naret!
They did this to me with my P.O. Box: 505, Pgh., Pa 15230 address, that I had about 15-20 years, BEFORE MOVING TO ALABAMA TEMPORARILY.
I requested to have THAT old number box back, that I closed when I moved to ALA, and guess what? I am told that I cannot have it back unless I pay 3 years rent on it !
What the heck is THAT ??
That is corrupt employees !!
I did not owe any rent on the box.
The system is that you pay by the 10th of the month that your paid time expires in and if no renewal payment is received, they lock you out. You never get a chance to get 3 years behind !
They have kept me from having my original P.O. Box number and now they are trying to keep me from having my original drivers license number.
If I let them get away with cancelling my PA license, I cannot travel outside the city of Pittsburgh on public transit of plane, train or bus!!
You have to present a valid current photo I.D., before they will issue you a ticket now.
I suppose that is has a lot to do with homeland security, and I don’t mind………..as long as I am still free to travel at will !!
I asked the PA Dept of Trans. “What will I do, if they should succeed in taking my license, even temporarily, until I can get the legal truth straightened out ? Will I have to use a State Photo I.D. ?
Guess what his answer was …..”WE don’t issue State Photo I.D.’s to people who have had their drivers license canceled.”

You cannot get a State I.D. if your license has been canceled….
Isn’t that what the State I.D. was created for, was to provide verified photo i.d. to those who DO NOT DRIVE ?? !!

Now, since I am a disabled person, living on social security disability, that, I believe in my soul, is already being embezzeled of two thirds or more of the cash benefit amount, now I stand with a more serious chance of NOT being able to protect myself, by stopping the identity thieves from having my address changed to theirs or moving out of state, with MY social security income, and leaving me totally penniless of income….AGAIN !!
And I can’t go, because I’m not allowed on any public transportation without I.D. !!!

And I have witnessed that every time someone mentions “conspiricy”, they are dragged off to a psych. consult and soon institutionalized and declared “incompetent”, so their income is no longer turned over to them and they do not manage their own affairs any longer, but an court assigned person, whom they might or might not have ever known, takes over the receiving of their social security check and they are given “allowances” from this person, which are supposed to amount to 100% of the social security check.
But some judges and Depts. of Social Services have determined that a % of the check may be kept as a "service fee" for managing the victims money.
I have witnessed instances where a person receiving $1000 a month benefit check, was only getting $30 of the money handed over to them by their assigned person. ABUSSES !!
I also scream abuse because I suspect that my identity has been sold by corrupt criminal employees of PA STATE GOV. or criminals trespassing into their computer systems and using their form letters, signed by their legal employees.
I am also suspecting that it was sold by corrupt staff of a woman’s shelter that I was forced to stay in, while waiting for disability and section 8 housing, that I am still being refused on and discriminated against, after 3 applications I was never given any housing although, while sitting there the 2nd or 3rd time filling out yet another application and being told that there is a 2 year waiting list, I witnessed the young black female clerk make a phone call to a cousin and tell her that the money is coming in on Tuesday, and to be here at 8am and she will get the cousin all signed up…..ABUSE !
And now, guess what, someone, using my name and gave the section 8 office in west moreland county, an application with an address that I; never put on applications and which was never put on my drivers license and luckily, I recieved a letter about the application in the mail, and will follow-up on to investigate.
It was approved for section 8 in West Moreland County, 2 months ago, but I never got the letter in my P.O. Box in time to accept, even if I wanted to. Did they back date it?
Was it held out of my mail box?
Why did it take 2 months to get to me?
It is toooo strange also, that I have, in the last 1 month been thinking that I need to get out of Pgh. City and get to better air, for my health.
West Morland County has been 1 of the 2 areas I had thought to look into. But, It’s too late, there is already someone there using my name and I will have to fight off the duplication and slander, because these people are criminals….They do not lead clean, wholesome lifestyles the way I do.
I am currently fighting to stop them from canceling my drivers license, which has been in good standing for 20 years!
I will publish these letters as soon as possible with the whole story, although, publishing is getting harder and harder, because I am a poor person on social security disability, I cannot afford my own computer and have to go to the Carnegie Library, Pittsburgh, PA to do all my computer work.
AND YES, I HAVE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS… THESE ARE ALL VALID MISERIES THAT I HAVE TO PUT UP WITH EVERY DAY AND I AM GETTING VERY SICK AND TIRED OF IT ALL.
This Library was at one time a very reputable institution that was donated to the citizens by Andrew Carnegie, a 19th century industrialist who was philanthropic in many areas of life and endowment projects in Pittsburgh.
But times have changed, The trust fund that Andrew Carnegie set up to manage these free public Libraries and a super large Museum of Art, Natural History, and just about everything under the sun, has been seized by people, who, in my opinion are not of the caliber to be entrusted with an endowment trust as large as the Carnegie Institution.
One of the board members has recently been imprisoned for fraud and embezzelment from city government accounts where she worked as an employee.
The caliber of the people are extremely questionable.
I hold the opinion that 70% of the treasures in the museum are missing and have been replaced by recent cheap displays of no value and beyond the museum, the computer dept. has been sabotaging work and in my opinion obstructing the poor people from accomplishing any basic needs work, like job hunting and house hunting.
We have such a problem with trespassing and obstruction that you files disappear completely, get converted to encoding without your permission, get removed from your floppy disk completely e-mail is erased and diverted temporary files that are supposed to disappear are still popping up by accident 3-4 months later while you are fighting with the machine to give you back your work that it just stole off the screen and up pops a file that was stolen 3-4 months ago.
The illegal system has already been under investigation and I hope that they take it all the way to removing the current system completely, because we cannot even respond to e-mail resume’ submission on corporate accounts.
I wasted years of effort job hunting in the public library, only to find out now and to obtain evidence that these horrendous acts of discrimination and obstruction have been intentional practices of the staff of a very criminal system.
I never give up effort and I will get all the letters online one way or another. It was a fighting miracle that I got the copy of the court order, against PENN-DOT for illegally trying to take my original 40 year old license number from me, on here, even if you do have to click to view it, at least it is visible. - UPDATE
ON THE PENN-DOT HEARING:
3/24/09 - I REALIZED THAT I HAVE NOT FOLLOWED UP, IN THE PUBLISHING OF THIS MATTER. I WILL GIVE AT LEAST A SHORT VERSION NOW AND EXPAND LATER.
BOTTOM LINE WAS THE JUDGE (WHO WAS NOT THE MAN OF THE NAME HE WAS USING) PRONOUNCED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO FOR ME.
THIS WAS AFTER PENN-DOT HAD ALREADY DEFIED A COURT ORDER TO NOT INTERRUPT MY DRIVING PRIVILAGES, UNTIL THE HEARING.
THE DAY OF THE HEARING, I WAS HAVING STRESS AND USUAL CARDIAC MALFUNCTIONS AS A RESULT.
THE COURT HOUSE SECURITY GUARDS HAD ALREADY PUT ME THROUGH THEIR USUAL INTIMIDATION AND TERRORIZING PACES AND MY CARDIAC SYMPTOMS WERE INCREASING, AS A RESULT.
THESE WERE THE SAME GUARDS WHO TRIED TO STOP ME FROM OBTAINING THE COURT ORDER, AGAINST PENN-DOT, BY ORDERING ME TO LEAVE THE BUILDING AND MOVE MY BAGGAGE CART FROM A PARKING PLACE THAT I DEEMED WAS WELL OUT OF ANYONES WAY.
THERE WOULD BE NO OTHER PLACE TO LEAVE IT OUTSIDE ALONE AND I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO CONDUCT MY BUSINESS THIS DAY.
THEY INTERRUPTED ME 3 TIMES, TRYING TO STOP THE COURT ORDER FROM BEING ISSUED, AND FINALLY, ONE OF THE KIND CLERKS BROYGHT THE JUDGE DOWN TO ME, WHILE THE GUARDS WERE STANDING THERE INTERRUPTING STILL AND SCREAMING THAT THEY WILL CALL THE BOMB SQUAD TO GET MY BAGS REMOVED, UNLESS I COME IMMEDIATELY !
THE JUDGE SIGNED THE ORDER FOR ME, WHILE THEY CONTINUED SCREAMING AND ATTEMPTING TO INTERRUPT ! I LEFT THE BUILDING WHEN MY BUSINESS WAS FINISHED.
THIS HEARING, ON A LATER DATE, FOR THAT ISSUE LASTED APPROX. 5 MINUTES, WITH NO OPPORTUNITY FOR ME TO PRESENT OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS THAT VERIFIED THAT AL-DOT (ALABAMA) HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH ME ON THEIR RECORDS. IT WAS STAMPED WITH THEIR OFFICIAL STATE SEAL. AND TO INFORM HIM THAT THEY HAD TRIED TO RE-SEND THE THREATENING LETTER OF CANCELATION A WEEK AFTER THE COURT ORDER WAS ISSUED, SO THEY COULD SAY THAT THE NEW LETTER HAD NO COURT ORDER RESTRICTIONS.
THESE MATTERS OF DECEPTION WOULD HAVE FORCED HIM TO DELAY DECISION UNTIL THE DEFYING THE COURT ORDER WAS ADDRESSED.
BUT I WAS ROBBED OF DUE PROCESS AND DISMISSED OUT OF THE ROOM.
I WENT DIRECTLY TO THE SAME PROTHONOTARY'S OFFICE TO FILE AN APPEAL, AS I HAD ON THE BUS COMPANY ABUSE CASE. THE LADIES THERE HAD GRATFULLY HELPED ME THROUGH THAT APPEALS PROCESS, BY GIVING ME THE PAPERS I NEEDED TO FILE AND TELLING ME THE ADDRESSES OF OFFICES I HAD TO VISIT FOR COMPLETING THE FILING PACKET.
ON THIS DAY, THEY WERE DIFFERENT LADIES, EXCEPT FOR ONE AND WOULD NOT GIVE ANY INFO AT ALL. THEY DENIED HAVING THE PAPERS I NEEDED AND INFORMED ME THAT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE ME "LEGAL COUNSEL". THEY ADVISED ME TO GO TO THE LIBRARY TO LOOK THROUGH REFERENCE BOOKS TO SEE WHAT PAPERS I NEEDED AND THEN COME BACK AND THEY WILL SEE IF THEY HAVE WHAT I REQUEST.
I WENT TO THE LIBRARY, CONVINCED THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO OBSTRUCT ME FROM FILING AN APPEAL, AND MY CARDIAC SYMPTOMS GOT WORSE STILL. I HAD TO GIVE UP AND LEAVE SO I COULD CALM DOWN. I NEVER GOT THE APPEAL FILED.
SOON AFTER, UNSURE OF WHEN, I RECIEVED A NOTICE, FROM THE COURT HOUSE, THAT MY REQUEST FOR AN APPEAL HAD BEEN DENIED ! IT WAS MAILED THE SAME DAY AS THE HEARING ! I HAD NO CHANCE TO FILE IT AND CERTAINLY NO JUDGE WOULD HAVE HAD A CHANCE TO CONSIDER IT ! !
IS THERE CORRUPTION HERE ? ! !
I STILL INTEND TO TRY TO FOLLOW UP, BECAUSE SINCE THEN MY LICENSE HAS STILL BEEN REPORTED AS "SUSPENDED", AT LEAST NOT CANCELED, AND THE ASST. D.A., WHO PRESENTED THE EXCUSE FOR PENN-DOT TO DENY ME MY LICENSE, WAS THE SAME WHO STOOD AT THE BENCH OF THE SUPERIOR COURT APPEAL, AGAINST THE BUS COMPANY, AND HAD READ THE EXTREMELY LONG, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL BRIEF, THAT I WROTE MYSELF AND SUBMITTED, AS MY ARGUMENT AGAINST THE CIRCUIT COURT'S DECISION IN FAVOR OF THE LYING BUS COMPANY SECURITY GUARD.
I THINK THAT AFTER READING THE BRIEF, WHICH TAUGHT OF THIS TYPE OF CORRUPTION AND MANIPULATIONS OF THE COURT, THAT HE MAY HAVE REGRETTED THE DENIAL OF DUE PROCESS TO ME AT THE PENN-DOT HEARING.
I AM HOPING THAT HE LEARNED THAT HE MADE A MISTAKE AND MIGHT EVEN HELP TO RATIFY THIS INJUSTICE AND INCONVENIENCE ON MY LICENSE.
I ALSO STILL HAVE THE LETTER OF DENIAL OF APPEAL ON THE PENN-DOT CASE.
